My college review

From my perspective, the college has more negative stuff than positive things. So I would be glad to point out some negative stuff. 1. They should start conducting industrial visits for students. I don't know why this college doesn't encourage industrial visits. 2. The college needs to change the faculty. They need some more qualified faculty and not average teachers. 3. Students are only allowed to play any sports after 4 p.m in the ground which sucks. Being a degree college student our lectures end by 11-12 p.m. Why would a student wait till 4 p.m to play on the ground?

I thought doing B.M.S would be good as it involves a lot of presentation and viva which would help to boost your confidence and eliminates your stage fear. I thought by opting this course it would bring an overall development in me and would get good overall good knowledge about the subject but It didn't because of the mediocre college.

No, they don't provide any internships to the student. I think this is where the college lacks behind. Every college should provide internships for students which brings the best out of students. In fact, the college doesn't even provide industrial visits to the students because of some bullshit reasons.

Being a student of B.M.S ( finance specialization) I would expect the college to provide me with some finance related placements but the college provides with sales and marketing placements. Moreover, only two sales company had come for the placement and they didn't select a single student. There no job opportunities in this college. A student would head out of the college being unemployed and jobless.

Lol, this college doesn't conduct any events. There are no social events or any other types of events in the college and even if a student comes up with an idea to conduct an event he doesn't get permission from the college. As we are from B.M.S department we just get to conduct a fest which should be an intra fest means it should be within the college. No other colleges students are allowed to participate or attend the fest. The fest also sucks here. We're not supposed to put the banners of the sponsor.

I think as far as I know the college fee structure is like any other colleges. It's neither expensive nor cheap. It's average but would still expect to cut out some unnecessary costs from the fees. The college doesn't takes us to Industrial visits but they still include that fees in the fee structure which is not legit.

To be honest, again I have zero knowledge about this stuff as I have never opted for any scholarship or loan facility. I can't comment on this. But yeah I heard that the college provides some scholarships to the students who really deserve it.

This college sucks in terms of extracurricular activities. There are no extracurricular activities in this college. You won't get a chance to develop yourself. The college doesn't even conduct sports events in the college. I would never suggest anyone this college.

To be honest, I have never been to their hostels or never stayed in the college hostel so I have no experience with that. We are not allowed to go into the hostel if we are not part of the hostel. So can't comment on this.

I don't know to be honest. The faculty and the seniors are helpful. Don't know about the alumni network. So can't comment on this. Some of the teachers are really helpful and would solve your problem immediately.

The exam structure is like any other normal colleges out there. There's no problem with the exam structure in this college. It's conducted and managed well by the college. The only thing which is good about this college is its exam structure.

I got admission in this college on merit basis. I got selected in the third merits list. The admission process wasn't a hectic one. It was well managed. The admission process was done systematically.

To be honest the faculty is average. The faculty itself doesn't have the knowledge about the subject which they are obliged to teach. Most of the faculty just read out the notes from some publication. No one is bothered whether the student has understood the concept because they themselves don't have the proper knowledge about the subject.
