Remarks

All colleges are positive and negative aspects. AKGEC have many qualities to make positive remarks such as there is the kuka lab which is setup by kuka german company and there is only lab in north india ,labview for national level club for startups ,hitech labs for national level project in which students do practicals

Course Curriculum Overview

Course curriculum of university from which this college is affiliated is not so amazing because of more theoretical study but only because of the environment and infrastructure of this college make study in cool way.sometime lectures,labs are boaring but worth it.

Placement Experience

Different collge have different placement position but this college have much more opportunities for jobs,startups and any other national level projects.This college does not provide any kind of internship program but do allow internship NOC to do intern from any company where the student like to do.

College Events

In Akgec,there are bundles of cultural events but after 2016 all the tech fest were removed from the book of events.there are many cultural clubs in college like euphony for music,shaksham for sports,taal for dance and they are amazing.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fees structure of Akgec is always lower in all the private engineering colleges in NCR or even in UP.The fees is feasible for all the groups of society ,also there is scholarship program for the student whose father's income is lower than 2 lpa which is conducted by government only.

Fees and Financial Aid

The scholarship program is directly conducted by the goverment and it can be filled by any student but approved for student whose father income is lower than 2 lpa and in AKGEC it is very easy to fill than form becuase the administration department is very supportive and give proper guidance.

Campus Life

The extracurricular activities,labs,sports are followed as same as the study part.all the extracurricular activities are done in different way everytime which is implement by student also so there is nice opportunity to learn many other qualities which is beneficial for future.

Alumni/Alumna

The base of any student is college so there are regular meeting of alumni which is organized by college in which all the alumni who secured good jobs,positions in their life shared their experience, opportunities etc.

Admission

I got admission through upsee counseling.Firstly I fill the upsee entrance exam form online in fourth week of January then i got admit card in april online and got that print.exam was held in may and results was disclosed after 1.5 month after the exam.And then counseling held online ,i also went to verification center to verify my document then i got this college in that couselling.by this counseling anyone can get admission who secured rank under 20k.

Faculties of college is very supportive.All the faculties are well qualified and there way to teach is different from other college facilities because the workshops are conducted frequently for the faculties.Also all the faculty member have the human value workshop certification.

My overall Journey

Likes

Everything was good except placements.
Campus was so engaging , has a beautiful campus , one can get to learn a lot .
Faculties was from either IIT's or NIT's with good humor and knowledge.

Dislikes

Student has to suffer a lot during placements for students who are from Biotechnology .
No one takes responsibility , if a student is unplaced.

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester students become elligible for campus placements.From top companies like google , microsoft to new startups like Raspa , Protium all companes visits , Highest package was 96 LPA , 40% students get placed , rest suffers , if one is from core branch then they get chances for PSUs and other organization.

Likes

Good Faculty : Faculty are supportive to your carrer growth they will provide guidance whenever you needed...
Campus Facilities: Infrastruture,labs everything is up to date accoding to the current need of the present.
Curriculum: Up to date industry oriented syllabus .

Dislikes

Strict Rules: rules are somewhere more stricter for college id,entering and exiting time .
Crowded classes: some classes are crowded sometimes
placement competition many students participating in the placements.

Placement Experience:

At NIET Greater Noida students becomes eligible for sitting in the placements from the 7th sem, with placement preparation starting earlier . Companies from IT sectors and others are visiting college. In my batch time the company that comes are JP Morgan & Chase , Razorpay, Juspay, TCS, Cognizant etc.

Good college for Degrees

Likes

I like the Teacher behavior and attitudes
I like the Sports curriculum , they conduct sports event monthly
I like the admin office, because it always neat and clean

Dislikes

The hostel and mess food is not good as expected
The placement system is too bad , no proper support
The student facilities is not good , like lifts etc

Placement Experience:

If you are BTech CSE student , you dont need to worry more because they invite good number of companies to take placement , but you need that particular skills to get placed. Almost 40 to 50% student got placement for an average of 4.5 LPA

I liked the professor of college their teaching style and unique approaches
I like the events they keep on launching in college
I like the placement ratio in college and their seriousness to get everyone placed

Dislikes

Girls to boys ratio is very less as compared to other colleges
The environment of college is not too good it's okay okay
The infrastructure is not well maintained

The curriculum designed is new latest like we study subjects such as emerging technology digital electronics computer science c , english for job the teacher teaches us using projector visualisation the first mid sem happens after 1 month or opening of college difficulty level is very easy

Supportive and knowledgeable faculty members with helpful mentoring

More industry workshop and seminars can be held to increase exposure.
Encouraging more internship and training opportunities for students.
Expanding campus activities and facilities for overall development

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible for placements in the final year. The college offers basic placement training and assistance. Some local and local-level comanies even visit for campus recruitment with average offers. Average package: 2-4 LPA, highest around 9-10 LPA 60-90 percent students get placed. My plan is to develop my skills and attain a good job or go for higher studies after degree.

Likes

The quality of study is very appreciable. As our syllabus is very updated. Also the practical knowledge in colleges very good as well.
New buildings for 1st year as to prevent ragging is a very plus point. This prevent first year student from ragging and also give them a very friendly and good environment as well.
The placements are very good as in terms of quantity and quality as well many many companies came here and also many big companies which do not come in any other colleges in greater Noida also come in NIET.

Dislikes

The one thing I decide is high requirement of attendance which is 85% attendance by this criteria we get less time in fore hours kill enhancement and learning other things.
Also the coding culture is quite not good for 1st year as well so this thing also I don't like.
The other thing I don't like is that the assignments pressure was quite high in semester one and very very much assignments was given to our branches as well.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for setting in the campus placements is from 6 semester. And for internships the students become eligible from 4th semester and the internship is mandatory for every student. The companies visiting the college are quite in number. The highest placements which was offered during the ongoing placement is 44 lpa. And the average packages for company and profiles of a days 7 to 8 LP. The percentage of students getting placements are very good as 80 to 90% students are getting placed. My plans after getting the degree is to get the highest placement

Unveiling Campus Life and Academic Excellence

Likes

Professer behavior is very cool and good
Classes is conducted in normal class in which some classes have A.C while some not
Campus area is so big in which staff parking and student parking is separtely available

Dislikes

College time is bad . It is same as school timing
Student must maintain 75% attendence to avoid detention in CIA
It does not give a proper break after semester exam

Placement Experience:

The placement is average as same as other college . It provide 6-12 LPA package for who have skills as market required The placement criteria for student is above 8 CGP and no backlogs in all semester My plans after getting the degree is to join a good company for a good life The percentage of getting placements is above 80%

IIT bhu college review

Likes

I liked the teaching methods of some professors in our college .Their way of teaching is unique . In our college boy and girl ratio is approximately 5 to 1.
I also liked the ground and sports facilities of our college . Our college has 3 big grounds and a sac also a gym which has latest equipments and many more things.
The fests of our college is amazing , recently a fest called kashiyatra happened which is biggest fest of our college

Dislikes

I disliked the infrastructure of our college . Our college do not have ac in lecture halls or even there is no single ac for students in campus .
In our college the equipments in manufacturing practice are very old they are rusted and facilities don't even want to tell about those equipments. They are lazy .
Our college IIT bhu don't have their boundaries it is connected to bhu that's why clashes happened every month . Students of IIT and bhu fight every month and the service of proctor in IIT bhu is very disrespectful,they are lazy and don't take actio

Placement Experience:

Our college IIT bhu provides placement at end of year companies came for hiring students and hire them . Our IIT has 2nd rank in terms of placement in all iits. At the end of 3rd year students became eligible for campus placements. Our college also provide internship in third year companies came for internship in our college. My plans after getting degree is to get a high paying job in india and give financial stability to my family. Approximately 70 percent students get job in placement sessions.

i like the environment of the collage , it is the good place for student to to achieve something they want.

i dislike thing in my collage are the students are not mature.
i dislike thing are in my collage are in this collage student have to wear a uniform.
i my collage there was a big grounds for different games but the game should we inly during and specific program.

TPO and Director behaviour they are totally unable to make your future bright

I would like to inform uh that electronic and communication is a very good trade to choose. So many carreer opportunities if you will go in in industrial area, or in government sector. Make some connections with ur seniors others it is tough to enter in industry for freshers.

1) I had applied for colleges like jss noida,gl bajaj , kiet , akgec through UPTAC counselling for those who gave JEE Exam. i preferred this college because after reading reviews about it ,consulting senior students. 2) I could get this college based on my rank . I chose this college as in previous times it was doing quite good in placements and but now most of the students are unplaced. Other colleges I've applied to are JSS noida, Galgotias etc are these colleges got a better placement ratio that my college. But campus of other campus are smaller compared to AKGEC. so bascially i didn't choose this college . i did mistake in my uptac counselling and get this college but when i studied here and seen all the aktu colleges i prefer this is good because it ranked 3 in up colleges .the college is ranked 3 in whole up and its naac A++ so yes its a great college so to get admission in akgec there are two ways by 10+2 percentage marks or by uptac counselling you have to fill your choices in uptac counselling so fill it very carefully without any mistake so the overall to get any cs/it branch your jee percentile should be above 88 and below that you can get any other core branches....Read More
