Remarks
Positive remarks are DAIICT has very great coding and development environment. Many of college students selected for GSoC every year. Also,Daiict has no attendance policy. It is upto professor. Negative are Canteen is not as good as it should be.
Course Curriculum Overview
There are 2 insems and 1 endsem exams for every semester. Students are offered electives after 4th semester. This includes technical, ICT and other electives. There is at least one IT course,one Communication course per semester.
Placement Experience
DAIICT students receive one of the best packages from companies like amazon, Microsoft,Sprinklr, and many more. Many of students also join Google. Placement percentage is nearly 100 percent with average package of 9-10 lakh.
College Events
We have main 3 festivals. Technical festival-ifest, sports festival-Concours, Cultural Festival-Synapse. These are one of the best festivals of Gujarat. Besides, we have events like Maniere, Raaga, Matkiphod, Tarang (Garba Night) and many more.
Fee Structure And Facilities
We have Hall of residence for both men and women in campus. So,that includes in fees. Education fee is nearly 77000 per. Sem,hostel fee is 20000 per. Sem including all other charges. Compiling all these things we have to pay 1 lakh per sem.
Fees and Financial Aid
As much as I know, DAIICT doesn't provide any special scholarship. There is only one scholarship. If you are among the Top 5 students of your batch. Daiict provides. Scholarship of nearly 90000 rs. This is the only scholarship provided by college.
Campus Life
Labs are very greatly structured by Professors so that students can get more knowledge about course. We have volleyball, cricket, football, basketball ground. Students play games, practice and represent college in other college's festivals.
Hostel Facilities
DAIICT hostel is started in 2004. So, there is very old buildings of hostel. There are A-H building for Men and I-J for women. Because of increasing number of. Students, new hostels are constructed in the campus.
Alumni/Alumna
DAIICT has alumni association and. It is very active. Seniors are the one who help us whenever we are in need. They help us in everything. They are very supportive. Once they become alumni of college, we still meet and enjoy whenever come to college.
Admission
50% of the seats are reserved for the Gujarat students.Seats of Gujarat students are filled by Admission Committee for Professional Courses - ACPC. They create a merit list. My rank was 246 and so I got admission.
Faculty
One of the best faculties are here for the students. All are very supportive. Besides, Faculties are the mentors of club and. Committees of our college. Faculties are very helpful if any student want to publish his/her research paper.
