Remarks
As its a college, there are some good and some bad things about this college. The weather here is very good. The infrastructure is very good. But there is a very hectic time table. We attend the lecture 9 to 6. We dont get time to enhance our personal skills.
Placement Experience
The placement cell for Computer Science Engineering is good. May good companies come to our college. This year good companies like Samsung and Amazon came to our college. They have given many students placements. The placement for Electronics and Communication Engineering , Civil engineering , Mechanical engineering and Electrical Engineering are not that good but they are not bad too. And yes , college provide internship but I dont know about the stipend.
College Events
A lot of events are celebrated in our college.There are a lot of clubs in our college who organise these events. They are two main events one cultural and one technical. The cultural event is known as hillfair and technical event is known as Nimbus
Fees and Financial Aid
Sorry but i dont know about any scholarships that college provide. But college organizes some events or talks where we get to know about all the scholarship programs and how to aply for them. This is all I know.
Campus Life
There is extracurricular activities that are held in our college. There is not a lot activities but there are some. For example our annual sports day is known as Lalkaar which is held every year. There is lab for each and every thing. Labs are very well.maintained.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel is good. The overall infrastructure of the hostel is very decent. We have a common room where we get unlimited internet with a very good speed. We have a sports room which has chess , carrom , badminton court, table tennis and snooker.
Alumni/Alumna
Yes, they are very helpful.They help us a lot. We have a very good alumni network. Our alumnies are all over the globe. Seniors are very helpful. They are always willing to help. If we have any problem we can consult them. They always provide a solution.
Admission
Firstly I cleared a very famous exam known as JEE MAIN. After clearing that exam we go to the website of JOSAA where we get to know about the ranklist.We get to know about the colleges we can apply for.Then we fill the college and branch we want to choose.Then if we are eligible we get the seat.And we to go to the nearest JOSAA centre and register our seat.
Faculty
Most of the faculty is good but not all. As it is a government college teachers have the monopoly. We cant argue with them. Some teachers are very helpful. They are always willing to help. But some teachers are not. They just dont care about anything. They have their job and they are only consulted with it.
