Remarks
Overall I can say the college is very good. Only drawback is the cleniness. Lack of swipers. Fees structure is good. Facility is proper. Campus is very beautiful. Hostels are quiet proper. Canteen food is avergae.
Course Curriculum Overview
In my opinion course structure is quiet relevant to what we are actually neede. Practicals are also conducted in order to provide clarification to the students. In exam structure I can say ,all the papers are of 100 marks.
Placement Experience
Placement are average approximately 30-40% students get selected from various branches. Yes, our department provides us the internship facility. I have recently completed one in which our department really helped. Since I am doing an engineering course stipends are not given.
College Events
There are numerous events celebrated in our college. Firstly programs are organised for newly admitted students, the program is named fresher's night. Then day schlor Adda is arranged in which juniours are introduced with seniors. Then Saraswati puja, viswakarma puja, Gandhi jayanti etc are also organised.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Quiet feasible, approximately 10000-12000 for every year. It is the cheapest rate in the entire state. It is quiet affordable for one who is good in study but not having good family income. I am very much blessed with this.
Fees and Financial Aid
I have not received any heavy scholarship in my college. Actually I received only one scholarship of rs 4500. Hoping for some more in the upcoming years.
Campus Life
In the above mentioned things our college is great. They arrange lots of sports activity. Extracurricular activities are also arranged in college week. Labs are very good various experiments are performed related to our subjects.
Alumni/Alumna
Lots of alumni are the current faculty of member of our college. They are helpful. Senior are also very helpful. They make us aware of upcoming things. Informs us about various things. Senior also helped in internship in Tamil Nadu.
Admission
I got admitted in Assam engineering college through entrance exam called CEE. In order to clear this exam one have to score a decent marks in CEE. After the cut off is released students and called according to the rank and further process is completed.
Faculty
Faculty is quiet good. they attend their classes on time. They help students in getting exposer towards all bsic things. Clarify out theory parts through experiments in practicals. Overall all the faculty members are quiet friendly.
