Positives:AMET having a good name in shipping industry beacuse its the india's first marine college.So every company can known our college.And lot of faculties from core side(chief engg) working in AMET.No other marine institution having this much of faculties. Negatives:Not a good infrastructure and the hostel room a too small for 4 person and They will not give lot of holidays like other colleges and they will not having fun filled programms like other colleges.

This is an DG course.Totally different from other courses and you will get lot of knowledge under machinery,electrical things.According to this course we can gain English Knowledge and as well an officer like course.Basically exams are like very easy.They can under machinery and some safety type related subjects are there so we can easly pass all those subject.And practical exams are very tough to do beacuse lot of practicals exam are in thi course so only way of passing practicals is we have to take own interest and make it out.

Yes,Our college will take out us for upcoming semester holidyas to shipyards and ship for internship programms.In our college the will give a 30 to 40 percent of placements.On first year i met with an placement and i get rejected in final intervieq but our batchmets 56 are plced on very first year after that only one company came.197 member in our batch but only 59 were selected

This is totally different course so we dont have culturals or some fun programms or events.We will having NSS and NCC programms and they made conduct some cleaning programms and some social welfare programms

Fee structure will be moderate.But it will be little about expensive one.We will paying fee around 3 lakhs and we also gaining from that like good food and lot of praticals and lot of activites will carry out by management.They will conduct soft skills,placement training programms etc.

Scholarship and all not avail in our college.If anything like apart from our college or any oraganization accept for scholarship they will accept it and they will reduce fees for firat graduate.And the fee will be same for all students so there is no scholarship or loan that offered by college.

We will have lot of activites organiztion in oru college like sports club,gymnastics,yoga,social welfare club etc.And they can have lot of sports items like bat,volley ball,basket ball like things we can get it from department and play on the ground and also they having basket ball ground,volley ball ground,crickt ground and beach volley ball ground etc.But quality of such bats and balls are not too good

Which courses are coming DG they should stay in hostel for 4 years is compulsory.Nearly 2000 menbers were sraying in hostel and we having daily food on college mess.There will having regular food structurw like morning tiffen and coffee and afternoon lunch with good food after rhat night tiffen and as well rice will be there with milk and fruit.But the cleaning of hostel by management is not good

Our seniors are very helpful for us.After they went job they will.guide use to how to join ship and how to maintain some records and how to work on ship and what are the job that was done by training engg etc.These things can be we gain from our seniora

First i got interst in marine course and after completung my high school i searching for beat marine college.Then my grandfather told about AMET That's the india's first marine college.Then i went for addmission and i was surprise totally differen from other college.That was under dg shipping control.Then they conduct an online exam after passing that we should go on medical exam,Under lot of check up finally i get selected through an interview.

According to marine engg generaly we have core subjects from 2nd year onwards only.After 2nd year our faculty will be retire Chief engg who already work in ship will come and teach you.Generally comparing with other faculties Chief engg are awesomatic teaching skill.They will take the class by teaching their own experience about certain machinery or any accidents or fails or success.It will give you norw knowledge and make it you to remember all those.
