Good

It is a good college and old too howeever due to getting old. The placement department has got stagnant. So college should focus on it and try to improve placement and internship especially foe branches where there is none like civil engineering.

Course curriculum is somewhat good.they keep experimenting and changing it from time to time.we have 2 sessional of 15 marks each then 4 assignment of 5 marks each.sums up to 50 that is our internal.and at last we have end sem exam of 50 marks.so total of 100 for a subject.

There is no internship for civil engineering which is seriously disgusting.placement is there but very less for civil engineering like 10 people get placed in core out of 220 or something like that.

Techtatva-tech event happens in odd sem.it is a big event here all technical events happens.for civil we construct dams and all. Revels- cultural event here we get to see all different things.special performance happen too like bands like the local train came last year.

Very expensive 20 lakhs for engineering.one should think many times before coming here as it not at all cheap.its ridiculously priced and it keeps increasing each passing year but yes if you want to learn and have a good environment then this 20lakhs is worth it.

Labs are good sports facility is there.there is a big sports complex called marena where there is world class gym and sports facilities. One should definitely go there if in manipal.it is one of the main attraction here.

I stay in hostel and it's good but very pricy. Infrastructure is good.no disturbance is there I hostels very calm and wardens are good also we have a perm time of 11 for seniors and 10 for juniors which is good.

Online test is conducted according to that a rank is given and based on that counciling is done and stream is chosen test is east and getting good stream also.you have to visit the college for admission process.

I am from civil engineering and faculty is good but not all.some faculty have knowledge but don't know how to teach or make topic interesting.so thats a major drawback.teachers are very friendly and helpful.
