Remarks
Things can be made better with a little effort from administrative side but they are reluctant to do it. There’s always shortage of funds for activities there are many councils to look over us but none of them actually helps a lot
Course Curriculum Overview
Course curriculum is good, but can be made better you have to do lots and lots of studies and exam structure is that we have 3 internal exams and 1 university exam each semester internal exams gives us around 30% of total marks and 50% are practical marks.
Placement Experience
Placement and job opportunities are somewhat good,one can’t get a dream job as there are many IT companies but less core companies but can be satisfied with other jobs, and no, our college doesn’t provide internships.
College Events
One annual fest is there which is quite grand and we enjoy it a lot. And many other technical and cultural events are conducted by different societies which maintains the overall co- curricular activity enthusiasm in college.
Fee Structure And Facilities
It’s quite expensive, we middle class ones have to sacrifice a lot to just pay fees and other expenses are unbearable many a times ideas got crushed just beacause of monetary issues. But for it state government have to look college can’t do anything
Fees and Financial Aid
No there aren’t any scholarship provided by college but state government provides a scholarship which is quite helpful for many students coming from poor background. Students performing good in academics gets a little monetary prize.
Campus Life
Labs are well maintained and equipped with equipments and professionals. Also extracurricular activities are well managed by societies but there is nothing for sports except of a ground which is poorly maintained.
Alumni/Alumna
Seniors are very helpful so is the alumni network. We many a times host alumni meet. And it’s amazing to see that a good number of them actually show up considering the job conditions in india. Seniors are helpful in many ways
Admission
I gave the state university exam of UPTU and based on the rank of that i filled out my choices of colleges i would consider and this college was 6th on the list and i was given this college. I wished for some other college but this is the one for which i have to settle for
Faculty
Faculty is well qualified but doesn’t really put the effort , but conditions are improving with new appointment of director sir teachers stick to old teaching methods and students depends on photocopied notes
