Remarks

The college is wonderful to study Some torcher will be there from the college side it's common for the students to experience Since the college campus is not so big students are not fully comfortable the surroundings are good. And the people of Mysore are wonderful they help others. Finally partial strict college

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum was good. We can study and gain more information Exam structure is there is 3 internals of 25 marks before University after they made University they have added mid sem exam for 30 marks and other two test for 10marks. I'm basically writting this exam for this year so I've no idea how it'll be.

College Events

TECHnieks is the name of our college fest. And Several department events has been conducted. there are some other courses like ONYX ISHARE SAENIEKs AGNIE this are they own groups created by the students.

Fee Structure And Facilities

If you come through KCet fees will be below 30k If you come through comdek fees will be below 1lac If you came through management ceat they'll collect upto lakhs depends on the branch which we choose For Mechanical 20lac Civil 12lac CS 15lac IS 5lac IP 3 lac

Fees and Financial Aid

The scholarship will be given to the students every year. Thar depends on the caste and the income If your income is above 2.5 lac the government will pay the KCet fees If your income is less than 2.5 lac The government will pay both kcet fees as well as college fees

Campus Life

In our college labs are well maintained Almost all the experiments they'll conduct. It'll be hands on experience it is Good. Our college is one of the best college in sports. Mysore top 1 sports College according to vtu. KHO KHO Kabbadi Cricket Football Basketball And many more games are conducted here For every year they'll conduct interbranch sports means department vs department sports.

If there any events or some programs the college invites alumni members We are proud the NS Narayan Murthy He's one of our alumni. And many superior people are alumni of NIE Senior students are helpful in our college they'll discuss about the placement and how to deal with the lectures

I took k-cet entrance test after my 12th and with a rank of 20k i got this college There are there rounds in the cet procedure basically I'm from Mysore so i have opted only for Mysore colleges and hence at the first round i was selected for this college

My College Story

Placement Experience:

Students in my college have a very good amount of campus placements where students become eligible from the final year 7th semester however the placement cell starts training from the 1st year means 1st semester itself like training for aptitude test, coding and mock interviews. Top it companies like TCS infosys, wipro, Accenture, capgemini, cognizant, IBM, tech mahindra mind tree. The campus receives 300+ offers. The average package 8 - 10 LPA and highest package 54 LPA. Every year 90% students are placed. After my degree i am planning to higher studies in abroad.

My College Story

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is generally detailed and aligned with industry Expectations but there is still scope for modernisation in certain areas.Overall i would like to rate 8/10. The syllabus include both theoretical and multiple lab components which ensures hands on learning. The practical labs like programming work and project with learning help students understand how concepts are applied in real work places. A few theory heavy subjects feel outdated and no longer match the current industry demand this could be revised or replaced.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements from the 6th semester, but the overall placement scenario in DSCE for CSE is below average. Not even 50% of students get placed in good companies. Most students end up getting offers from mass recruiters or in sales and non-tech roles. Only a small percentage of top performers get decent technical packages. Companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Capgemini, Accenture, Cognizant, and a few mid-tier companies visit the campus, but the number of high-package, core-tech roles is very limited. The average package is on the lower side compared to other top COMEDK colleges. Because of this, many students plan for higher studies, certification courses, or off-campus drives after completing the degree. The on-campus placement support definitely needs improvement, especially for technical roles.”

My Experience at College

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for campus placement from the 7th semester. However the training and pre placement started for student from the first year itself like aptitude training coding resume workshops. The top companies like TCS Infosys Wipro Accenture Capgemini IBM tech Mahindra mind tree. The average is 8lpa. The highest 54 LPA. Overall 80% of students get placed in the final year. My plan after degree is to get a good job.

My Honest College Experience at CIT(Cambridge Institute of Technology)

Placement Experience:

The students who are studying in 7th semester ( final year) are eligible for campus placements but before that in 5th semester there is pre placement training like aptitude everything. Top companies visit for placement like TCS , infosys, wipro, accenture, capegemini, IBM, techmahindra, Mindtree. Average there are 150-250 offers. Average package is 7-8 lpa. The highest package is 54 lpa at botify company. 85 % of students get placed at cse branch and ai amd ml and civil 30 - 50% . Overall 80% students gets placed. My plan is join a top product based company liek google with a good life.

Great college with poor placement

Placement Experience:

Placements are the only bad thing about the college . Average ctc is only 4 lakhs per annum and only handful of students get actual placement.and rest get placed in either call center or training companies

Placement Experience:

The placement are good average packages 8 lakhs highest packages 35 lakhs and the companies include Google ,Microsoft ,service now companies and usually internships are provided as students become eligible for internship after 3rd year percentage of students getting placement 80% my plans still not yet decided

I got admission in this college from entrance exam named comedk it is conducted all over India. In comedk questions will b asked on 12th phy chem and maths. I got seat via KCET. KCET is held once a year . It's engineering entrance exam for colleges in Karnataka. After the exam there will be counseling and usually the cutoff for NIE Mysore CSE and ISE is around 5k to 6k .
