I totally get your concerns about the fees for B.Arch at NIT Trichy. It's true that the total fee is around 2,65,000 INR, which is a lot, especially if you need to take a loan. But let me tell you, the curriculum is really good, and the professors are well-qualified. It's a central government college, so the quality of education is generally reliable. Also, the campus life is lively; you’ll have opportunities to showcase your talent in various clubs and fests. While internships may not come easy, the training and placement cell helps students secure jobs after graduation. If you’re serious about architecture, this could be a great step for your future.

Yes, you can definitely make a lot of money after pursuing B.Arch, but that typically happens only once your practice is well settled, which generally occurs around the age of 35 and above. There are no regular placements in colleges, so one has to look for jobs in private firms after completing the undergraduate degree. Initial salaries are also not as high compared to other trades. Hope this helps.
