Mahatma Gandhi Central University has announced the merit list and admission timetable for its PhD program. Candidates whose names appear on the list must appear as per the schedule below, accompanied by documents such as a copy of the submitted online application form, mark sheets and certificates for 10th and 12th grades, mark sheets and certificates for graduation and postgraduate studies, and so on.

MGCU PhD Program Documents Required

Candidates selected for Mahtma Gandhi Central University PhD program must bring the following documents with at the time of admission:

• Application form
• Class 12 and 10 certificates.
• Marks sheets, graduation and post-graduate certificates, and so on.
• Certificate for UGC-NET-JRF/NET/SLET/GATE/Teacher Fellowship, etc.
• Five copies of recent passport-sized pictures.
• A self-attested copy of the AADHAR card.
• Original extracurricular/co-curricular activity certificates, if applicable.
• Details about the student's bank account, such as the account number, IFSC code, name of the account holder, and bank address.
• A Character Certificate from the Institution's Head was obtained the previous time you attended.
• Transfer/Migration Certificate (in original) from the Head of the Institution/University you last attended.
• Affidavit for the intervening period/gap of more than three years, if appropriate, on 100/- stamp paper.
• SC/ST/OBC/PwD/EWS certificates are issued in accordance with GoI rules, if applicable.
• Employers should provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) where applicable.
• Anti-ragging forms, signed by both students and parents/guardians. (Format attached.)

The scheduled interview for provisional admission is likely to last until late evening or the next day, depending on the circumstances. As a result, candidates are recommended to make their own arrangements for lodging and other accommodations.
