BITSAT 2026 Session 2, May 27 Shift 2 has concluded by 5 PM.  As per the early, the BITSAT 2026 May 27 Shift 2 paper was overall moderate in difficulty. Many students felt the paper was manageable despite some lengthy questions in Physics. BITS Pilani has begun conducting the Session 2 examination from May 25 to May 27, 2026.

The exam is being held at centres across India, Nepal, and Dubai in two shifts every day. The morning shift runs from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, while the afternoon shift is scheduled from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

  • BITSAT 2026 Session 2 is being held from May 25 to May 27, 2026 in CBT mode at centres across India, Nepal, and Dubai.
  • The exam has 130 MCQs divided into four sections: Physics (30), Chemistry (30), English & Logical Reasoning (30), and Mathematics/Biology (40).
  • Marking scheme: +3 for correct answers, -1 for incorrect answers. No negative marking for unattempted questions.
  • Candidates who appeared in Session 1 (April 15–16) can also appear in Session 2; the best of the two scores will be considered for admissions.
  • In BITSAT 2025, the cutoff was around 305 for BITS Pilani, 274 for BITS Goa, and 270 for BITS Hyderabad. The 2026 cutoffs are expected to be in a similar range.
  • The BITSAT 2026 result is expected in the first week of June 2026 after Session 2 concludes.

Note: Candidates appearing in both sessions should note that the raw score is displayed on screen immediately after the exam. The official moderated scorecard will be released after both sessions are complete.
