IIM Ahmedabad to Organise its 59th Convocation on March 30, Chairperson to Confer Doctoral and MBA Degrees

New Delhi: IIM Ahmedabad to organise its 59th convocation on March 30, 2024 with Madhabi Puri Buch, Chairperson of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) as chief guest. The convocation will commence at 6 PM and conclude at 8:45 PM.

The event will commence with the lamp-lighting ceremony, followed by an address from Pankaj Patel, Chairperson of the Board of Governors at IIM Ahmedabad. Students will be conferred with doctorate and MBA degrees, and meritorious students will be awarded with medals.

Madhabi Puri Buch will deliver the convocation address from 8:30 PM to 8:40 PM. After that, Bharat Bhasker, Director of IIM Ahmedabad, will deliver the concluding address. The event will conclude with a recitation of the National Anthem at 8:45 PM.

IIM Ahmedabad is one of the premier institutes in India and attained the status of an Institute of National Importance in 2017.
