DU BTech Admission 2026 Begins on JEE Main Scores

The University of Delhi (DU) has opened the Bachelor of Technology (BTech) admission 2026 on its official portal at engineering.uod.ac.in. The admission is offered through the Faculty of Technology (FoT). It is based on scores in the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main Paper 1.

Candidates can register and submit their applications online. The last date to register is June 15, 2026. The detailed Bulletin of Information is available on the portal for download.

The Faculty of Technology was revived to offer engineering degrees at DU. Admission is granted purely on the basis of JEE Main rank and seat allocation.

How to Apply for DU BTech 2026?

The application process is fully online. Candidates should keep their JEE Main details and documents ready. The steps are explained below.

First, open the official engineering portal at engineering.uod.ac.in. Next, register using a valid email and mobile number. Then fill the application form with academic and JEE Main details. Finally, pay the fee and submit the form before the deadline.

Why This Matters

DU now offers full BTech degrees through its Faculty of Technology. This gives students an engineering option within a central university. Seats are limited, so JEE Main rank plays a key role.

Action Plan for Candidates

  1. Visit the official portal at engineering.uod.ac.in.
  2. Download and read the Bulletin of Information carefully.
  3. Check your category-wise eligibility in PCM.
  4. Keep your JEE Main scorecard and Class 12 marksheet ready.
  5. Complete registration and submit the form before June 15, 2026.
Keep an Eye On
