MQ Categories in Andhra Pradesh

Which Documents Are Required at Reporting?
Candidates must carry the following originals along with two photocopy sets:
- NEET UG 2026 admit card and scorecard
- Class 10 and Class 12 marksheets and pass certificates
- Transfer certificate from the last institution attended
- Study or bonafide certificates covering the last seven years
- Aadhaar card and recent passport-size photographs
- Caste, income and residence certificates where applicable
