BCECEB has extended the PGDAC 2026 Round 2 choice filling deadline to September 25, 2026. Candidates seeking admission to Post Graduate Dental Courses in Bihar can now register and lock choices at bceceboard.bihar.gov.in.
The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) has extended the Round 2 counselling schedule for the Post Graduate Dental Admission Counselling (PGDAC) 2026. Eligible NEET MDS 2026-qualified candidates can complete the online choice filling, editing and locking process through the official website at bceceboard.bihar.gov.in until September 25, 2026, at 11:59 PM.
The revised schedule was issued through Advertisement No. BCECEB(PGDAC)-2026/03, dated September 14, 2026. BCECEB revised the dates following the extension of the NEET MDS Round 2 counselling schedule by MCC. The provisional seat allotment result will now be published on September 28, 2026.

Who Is Eligible for Bihar PGDAC 2026 Round 2?
The counselling round is open to eligible and interested candidates who have qualified NEET MDS 2026 and meet the conditions prescribed by BCECEB. Candidates participating in Round 1 counselling can complete the applicable free-exit process until September 24, 2026.
Candidates should check the previous PGDAC 2026 advertisements, including Advertisement Nos. 2026/01 and 2026/02, for detailed eligibility requirements and participation rules. BCECEB has stated that all other terms and conditions mentioned in its earlier notification dated August 18, 2026, will remain unchanged.

How to Fill Choices for Bihar PGDAC 2026 Round 2?
The Round 2 choice filling and editing facility will be available on the BCECEB portal on September 25, 2026. Candidates must lock their choices before 11:59 PM on the same day.
- Visit the official BCECEB website at bceceboard.bihar.gov.in.
- Open the PGDAC 2026 Round 2 counselling link.
- Log in using the registered user ID and password.
- Select the preferred dental colleges and MDS specialisations.
- Arrange the selected choices in the required order of preference.
- Review the entered options and complete the choice-locking process.
- Download or print the choice confirmation slip for future reference.

Bihar PGDAC 2026 Round 2 Seat Allotment Result
BCECEB will publish the Round 2 provisional seat allotment result on September 28, 2026. Candidates allotted seats can download their provisional seat allotment orders from September 28 to September 30, 2026.
The allotment result will be prepared based on the candidate’s NEET MDS 2026 merit, category, submitted preferences and seat availability.

Documents Required for Verification
Candidates allotted seats must report for document verification and admission between September 29 and September 30, 2026. They should carry the required original documents along with photocopies.
- NEET MDS 2026 admit card and scorecard
- BDS degree certificate and marksheets
- Internship completion certificate
- Dental Council registration certificate
- Class 10 and Class 12 certificates and marksheets
- Category certificate, if applicable
- Residence certificate, if applicable

Candidates are advised to regularly check the official BCECEB portal for further instructions regarding reporting centres, admission requirements and document verification.
The board has widened the Round 2 window by more than ten days. It gives NEET MDS qualifiers a longer runway to reassess seat preferences after Round 1 allotments. Aspirants who did not participate in Round 1 also get a second entry point.
