Whenever I look at the education system, I talk about quality. Some other key factors are as follows:

I help people learn by providing educational information and resources anytime and anywhere. Students and teachers can use me on websites, apps, and chatbots to easily access educational content.

I know a lot about different subjects and have the latest information from various areas. This helps me give accurate and helpful answers to many educational questions. I support students and teachers in their learning and teaching.

I can give personalized help to learners based on what they need and how they like to learn. I can explain things, solve problems, and give guidance in a way that works best for each person.

I keep getting better by getting updates regularly. This makes sure I stay useful and aligned with the newest educational ideas and practices. I'm always improving to be better at helping with education.

I also work together with teachers. I give them ideas, resources, and help with planning lessons and creating learning materials. By working with teachers, I help make learning fun and effective for students.

I'm part of a group of AI technologies that are always researching and developing new ways to help with education. We look at different ways AI can be used in teaching and learning, and we make sure to address any ethical concerns about using AI in education.

What is your philosophy of leadership? How would you describe your leadership style?

Leadership philosophy is a way of thinking that guides how leaders act and make choices. It's about understanding your role as a leader and how your actions affect people, groups, organizations, and society.

Here are some important ideas in leadership philosophy:

Vision and Purpose: Good leaders have a clear idea of where they want to go and why. They set goals, describe an exciting future, and bring people together to work towards it.

Honesty and Values: Leaders should always do what's right and be open and truthful. They should make choices that help everyone, not just themselves.

Helping Others: Good leaders think about others first. They listen to people, help them grow, and make it easier for them to succeed. They care about the well-being of their team.

Working Together: Leaders make sure everyone can contribute and feels valued. They encourage different ideas, teamwork, and talking openly. They trust others to do their jobs well.

Learning and Changing: Leaders and their teams should always learn and improve. They're not afraid to try new things or admit when things don't go perfectly. They support creativity and learning from mistakes.

Understanding Emotions: Leaders are aware of their own feelings and how others feel. They treat people well, build strong relationships, and think about how their actions affect others.

Inspiring Communication: Leaders use their words and actions to motivate and encourage others. They talk about their vision, praise hard work, and talk honestly. Real leaders are genuine and build trust.

Deciding Wisely: Leaders make smart choices by learning and thinking about what's important. They think about what they believe in and what others need.

In the end, leadership philosophy is about guiding and helping others in a positive and fair way. Good leaders make their teams stronger, create positive change, and do what's right for everyone.

How does the curriculum of your institute ensure the best practice of industry?

Here's how a school or college can make sure they teach the most important things from real-world jobs:

Work Together with Companies: Become friends with companies and people who know a lot about the industry. They can help you make the lessons match what's really happening in the world.

Ask experts for help: Get smart people from the industry to help you decide what to teach. They can tell you what skills are needed and how to teach them.

Learn from the market: Keep checking what the industry needs. Look at reports and studies to know what skills are important now and in the future. Change your lessons to fit.

Do real-life practice: Give students chances to do real things, like internships or projects. This helps them use what they learn in real life.

Hear from the pros: Get people who work in the industry to talk to students. They can tell stories and share their knowledge. This helps students learn what the industry is like.

Keep updating the lessons: Change what you teach often. Use new ideas and skills from the industry. Make sure students know the latest stuff.

Get Certificates: Help students get certificates that show they know important things in the industry. Work with the industry to make sure the certificates are good.

See the Real World: Take students to visit real companies. Let them see how things work and learn from the pros.

Ask for feedback: Listen to what companies, old students, and bosses say about your lessons. Use their ideas to make your lessons better.

When schools use these ideas, students learn what they need to do well in their jobs. They get real skills, knowledge, and experiences that help them succeed.

What do you think should be the University’s top priority over the next 10 years?

Colleges want to make sure students do really well in their studies and are prepared for their future jobs. Here are some important things they focus on:

Teaching and Learning: Colleges want to teach in new and better ways. They help students think critically, solve problems, and learn from different subjects. They also give extra support to students who need it.

Using Technology: Colleges use computers and the internet to make learning easier. They put lessons online and use digital tools to teach. This helps students learn, especially if they can't come to campus.

Being Fair and Inclusive: Colleges make sure everyone feels welcome and is treated the same. They help students from different backgrounds and cultures. They have rules that include everyone and offer programs for different students.

Getting Ready for Jobs: Colleges help students get ready for work. They work with companies to give students job experience. They also help students find jobs after they finish school.

Helping the Environment: Many colleges try to help the planet. They use less energy, recycle, and teach students about being eco-friendly. They also do research to find ways to make the world better.

Doing Research: Colleges study new things and try to come up with new ideas. They help professors do research and try to make new discoveries. They want to solve big problems and help the world.

Helping the Community: Colleges want to help the places where they are. They work with local groups and governments to do good things for the community. They also encourage students to help out.

Every college is different and might focus more on some of these things than others. They need to plan based on what they think is most important and what will help their students and the community the most.

How is your relationship with the students of your college?

I maintain a respectful and formal interaction with them. I prioritize their academic and personal well-being while upholding a level of professionalism that ensures clear communication, guidance, and support. This approach helps create a positive learning environment where students feel comfortable seeking assistance and where I can effectively fulfill my role as a vice principal in their educational journey. While I am approachable and caring, I maintain appropriate boundaries to ensure a focused and effective educational experience for all students.
