Mr. Deepak Gahlot is Vice Chairman of DPG Degree College. He has been graduated from Kurukshetra University. Further, he holds a distance MBA degree from Symbiosis. He holds three years of work experience in Infosys Technology Consulting Company and has been working at DPG Degree College since 2009.
What are your primary responsibilities for DPG Degree College?
My primary responsibility towards the DPG Degree College is to provide high-quality educational programs, courses, and degrees to students. Ensuring a rigorous and engaging learning environment that promotes critical thinking and knowledge acquisition. Supporting faculty and student research activities to contribute to academic knowledge and innovation. Offering academic advising, counseling, and resources to help students succeed in their studies and personal development. Adhering to effective governance structures and policies to ensure accountability and transparency. Maintaining connections with alumni and leveraging their support and expertise. Regularly assessing and improving educational programs and services.

Make friends and ask for help when you need it and it’s completely okay to make mistakes as you learn from them. Take care of your mind and body. Life is a unique journey in itself, so enjoy it to the fullest.

How do you create a healthy relationship and a positive environment within your college?
To create a healthy college environment, one should be respectful, kind, and inclusive and have the capability to listen to others, communicate openly, and resolve conflicts peacefully. Supporting one another’s goals and well-being is the key to healthy relationships. Participate in clubs and activities, and be responsible for your actions. Together, these actions build a positive and supportive college community.
What are the strengths of your college?
The major strengths of our college include good teachers who help you learn, interesting classes and subjects, fun activities and clubs, a great campus and facilities, helpful services like counseling and opportunities for internships and jobs.
What is your leadership style?
I believe in treating everyone equally. Listening to others and explaining ideas clearly has always been important to me. I offer help and guidance to students and colleagues to achieve their goals. I encourage diversity and include everyone’s perspectives. I am open to change and new ideas. I am good at taking responsibility and charge when needed.
