Our relationship with our college students is characterized by a strong sense of support and engagement. And to ensure the relationship stays the same, I have prioritized the approach of open communication so that students can reach out to me and other faculties as well for any kind of personal or professional guidance and concerns.

Apart from this, we regularly involve students in the decision-making processes, to capture their valuable inputs, perspectives and feedback. Lastly, students are provided diverse academic and extracurricular opportunities that can nurture both their academic and personal growth.
