Admission process was very simple you have to give a entrance exam which is known as NCHMCT JEE Eligibility is 50% in 12th standard,Good english communication skills. Required rank is-8500 or less Entrance exam is not very difficult it is moderate. Reservation benefits are provided in rank like (OBC SC ST)- 10000 OR LESS
We should focus on practical class more than theory. It will help the students in understanding the basics of everything. Hence will require less time in understanding the theory part. Computer classes need more focus on students as teachers do not offer all the students the chance to practice.
Admissions were based on rank and then we have to pass a GD and PI round. The admission process was lengthy but worth it as only quality students were admitted to IHM. I don't see any room for improvement at least in admissions.
First given the entrance exam of Nchmct JEE and after the rank wise colleges fill. The minimum percentage marks required 50% in 12th class with the compulsory subject of English and after the counselling process in college after they can be selected to admission in college rank wise Central, State or Private college.
The curriculum of the course was not that tough. It was also not very burdening. However, practical?s were the major part of the curriculum. It was through practical?s that I was able to learn in a better way.
The curriculum of the course was nicely set. It helped the students to be aware of what they are learning each semester. Exams were the major part of the curriculum. Also, the practical?s and site visits were given importance.

This is a 3 year degree program with 6 semesters. Three semesters are held each semester, namely, midterm, semester-end exams, IGNOU (Indira Gandhi National Open University) exam, and practicality. The core topics are core keeping, food and beverage, food production and the front office. You study every topic in real time; And Homework: - You have the opportunity to do practical work that requires you to do things differently depending on the needs of things like cleaning windows, flooring, wood polishing and brass polishing. Food Product- You cook food like Continental and Indian. FnB - You have to provide food to other students or faculty and to the front office - you play the role. You also need to write your journals.
The course curriculum of this college is revised every year. College also organises many workshops, seminars, industrial visits to reputed hotels.Curriculum is very well structured and up to date. Also exam structure is quite chill.
