Dr. C. Venkatesh is the Head of the Department of ECE at KGiSL Institute of Technology. He graduated with his bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the University of Madras and his master’s in Process Control and Instrumentation Engineering from Annamalai University. His doctorate is in the field of Wireless Communication from Anna University, Chennai. Additionally, he also has a Master of Business Administration in Systems from Periyar University.
Dr. Venkatesh has 18 Years of experience in teaching, research, and administration. He is a recognised Research Supervisor at Anna University and has published 40 research papers at various national, and international journals and conferences. Currently, he is guiding four PhD scholars at Anna University and two scholars have completed PhDs under his supervision. He has organised many conferences, technical symposiums, seminars, and workshops and is an active member of societies like IEEE, IAENG, and ISTE.
