What is your philosophy of leadership? How would you describe your leadership style?

A leader should have a clear vision for the future and a sense of purpose that inspires and guides their actions. This vision provides direction and motivation for the team. One should be committed to honesty, integrity, and ethical behavior. They set an example for their team. They should create an inclusive and supportive environment that fosters collaboration and empowers individuals. I believe I follow both Laissez-Faire Leadership and Democratic Leadership, depending on the situation. I provide my team members with a high degree of autonomy and independence, trust my team to make decisions, and take responsibility. I involve team members in decision-making processes, seeking their input and feedback to make informed choices.
