As a Faculty of the XYZ Department, my roles and responsibilities towards the students include delivering high-quality lectures, conducting workshops, facilitating discussions to ensure students acquire a comprehensive understanding of the subject matter; and guiding students on academic matters, career choices, and personal development. Serving as a mentor, I aim to support their overall growth and success.
