What are the factors that make this program the best for the students to opt for?
All of the students today are picking up and learning how to develop Artificial Intelligence models. This is a trending topic and companies today are looking for data for prediction. The prediction is done for markets, products, prices and competition. For minor and major purchases, artificial intelligence helps analyze the decision by looking over all possible options available to the company. The program helps students contribute this aspect to companies by designing a system that can make the best possible decision. With these in mind and an ongoing interest in the field, makes this program the best for students.
What are the best practices in the program you are doing?
The best practices in our program would be conducting Hackathons and Debugging competitions every weekends in both offline and online mode. Students who are successful in these competitions move on to participate in district level and national level. These events not only help the students improve their programming skills but also give them confidence in their abilities and help boost their resumes. Students who do participate in these events and competitions tend to get picked up first during campus placements in-upcoming companies.
How does the program ensure that students are being prepared for the future?
The curriculum will play a major role in preparing our students for their futures. We make our curriculums, keeping our industry experts and industry needs in mind and their requirements. We also keep in mind the suggestions made by our alumni and incorporate them into our syllabus. We try to give our students industry-defined content and help them enter the industry with the right skills and abilities.

Are there any challenges that you faced violating this problem in your there any challenges?
The biggest challenge we face is the unpreparedness and skill level of our students. We want our students to be prepared to handle any challenge and work in any industry. It takes time for the students to build the right mindset to grow and keep learning in order to be able to work in this industry. This is where our teachers and their experience come in to help them.
What are the types of projects that students are working on in this program?
We try to get our students to focus more on model building. The first model building our students have done is a project based on vernacular development. These models are designed to respond to users in vernacular mode. For instance, if a question is asked in English, the model will reply in English; if the question is in Hindi, the answer will be in Hindi; and so on. Other models and projects are based on linguistic strategies and healthcare designs.
What are the benefits and career options after pushing this course?
The beauty of this particular department is that when a student is successful in developing a model, he can have the complete control on the system to develop and begin with a firm or settles as a Data Scientist, if willing to work in top MNCs. They can also provide jobs to others in turn. Students can become independent before they graduate by developing models that can either get into financial aids or be pride enough in making successful businesses. They can also patent their models and gain ownership over their creations as well.
What do you think are your roles and responsibilities?
My roles and responsibilities primarily include mentoring my students. I do so in three ways, by monitoring their academic progress, concentrating on the development of their coding skills and taking care of them to become upstanding individuals. Main focus is made on “CCC” - Care, Career and Character. I always ensure them to give them sufficient extracurricular activities to upgrade their skills and achieve holistic development. Finally, I treat them as my own kids and ensure that they nurture with eminent and needed skills and character development for their happy future being.
