- You may then appeal against the decision by writing an email to GMAC Test Security at testsecurity@gmac.com. You are advised to take action within 7 days.
- Based on your appeal, GMAC will provide you with the following options: voluntary score cancellation, a free retest, or appealing the cancellation decision through procedures provided by GMAC.
