The GMAT exam price depends on the mode of exam you select. If you wish to take the test offline at a test center, the fee is $275 (₹23,995). If you prefer to take the test online from the comfort of your own home, the fee is $300 (₹26,176).

You can also reschedule or cancel your GMAT test, but you will have to pay an additional fee for that. If you reschedule more than 60 days before the test day, then you will be charged $55 (₹4,799) for the offline test and $60 (₹5,235) for the online. Similarly, if you cancel your test before 60 days or more of the scheduled test date, then you will be refunded $110 (₹9,598) for the offline test and $120 (₹10,470) for the online.

GMAT Rescheduling Fee in India 2025

GMAC allows you to reschedule your GMAT test if you are not able to take it on the booked date. However, there are certain timing conditions you need to meet for a successful rescheduling and refunds. For example, if you reschedule your test more than 60 days before the test date, you will be charged a fee of $55 (₹4,746), and the rest of your registration fee will be refunded to you. But if you reschedule it 14 days or less before the test date, you will be charged a fee of $165 (₹14,238). These fees are different for online and offline modes, the details of which are given in the table below.

Note: Even if you submit the rescheduling request on time, it is at the sole discretion of GMAC to approve or reject your request.

GMAT Cancellation Costs in India 2025

GMAC allows you to cancel your GMAT test if you are not able to take it on the booked date. You need to submit a cancellation request to the conducting body on time. If you cancel your test more than 60 days before the test date, you will be charged $110 (₹9,492) from your registration fee, and the rest of the amount will be refunded to you. GMAT Additional Score Report Cost in India 2025

GMAC allows you to send up to 5 score reports to universities of your choice for free, and this must be done within 48 hours of the release of the report. If the limit is exhausted or the deadline of 48 hours has passed, you will need to pay fees of $35 (₹3,020) for each report you want to send. The fees are mentioned in the table below.

• The GMAT registration fee is paid in US dollars. An equivalent amount of Indian rupees will be deducted from your account. So, you are advised to first check the prevailing exchange rate.
• Credit/Debit Cards accepted: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Network Cards.
• Charges on your credit card statement will appear as “VUE*GRAD MGMT TEST” for the offline test and as "TALVIEW.INC" for the online test.
• If your credit or debit card is declined, your payment will be automatically cancelled. You must reschedule with a valid form of payment.
• In India, some banks do not allow debit card usage online unless the merchant is part of Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode. So, you need to check this before making a payment.
• While paying through checks, they must be payable to Pearson VUE–GMAT in US Dollars.
• If you use a stolen or fraudulent payment method, your registration will be cancelled, any of your previous GMAT scores may be canceled, and the GMAC will notify both your university and law enforcement authorities.
• If you wrongfully challenge or dispute the fee with your credit card company, your test or score may be canceled, and you may be prevented from taking further exams or from requesting additional score reports.

GMAT Fee Waiver 2025

GMAC provides GMAT fee waivers, but you cannot apply for them directly. Instead, universities that accept GMAT scores can request fee waivers for eligible students based on their criteria. Each university can request up to 10 fee waivers per year, which they can distribute as needed, either through a program or to help individual test-takers.
