
GMAT, also known as Graduate Management Admission Test, is an entrance exam designed for students who want to pursue their postgraduate degree in Business. The GMAT exam happens around the year. Although you can take the GMAT exam only 5 times in a year. The fees for the GMAT exam depend on the test location you select. If you want to appear for the test in a test center, then the fees are USD 275 (INR 23,995) and if you want to appear online from the comfort of your home, then the fee is USD 300 (INR 26,176).
You can reschedule or cancel your GMAT test, but you will have to pay an additional fee for that. If you reschedule More than 60 days before the appointment, then you will be charged USD 55(INR 4799) for the test centre and USD 60 (INR 5235) for the Online. Similarly, if you cancel your appointment before 60 days or more of the scheduled date, then you will be refunded USD 110 (INR 9598) for the test center and USD 120 (INR 10,470) for the online appointment.
GMAT Exam Price
An Indian Student can appear for the GMAT exam by paying the registration fee. The registration fee depends on the test centre selected. The fee for the test centre appointment is USD 275 (INR 23,995), and the fee for an online appointment is USD 300 (INR 26,176). Students can send GMAT score reports to 5 programs for free if they do so within 48 hours. If they wish to send score reports after 48 hours of receiving the scores, or if they wish to send them for more than 5 programs, an additional score report fee of USD 35 (INR 3053) each is charged.

GMAT Reschedule Fee

GMAT Payment Methods
Payment for the fees for GMAT is easy and simple. Various payment options are available for the indian students. The students can pay via VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover Network Cards. One can also pay by cashier's check, money order, or personal check.
- While paying via any of the modes, there are some points that you need to keep in mind:
- If your credit or debit card is declined, your test appointment will be automatically cancelled. You must reschedule with a valid form of payment.
- In India, some banks do not allow debit card usage online unless the merchant is part of Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode.
- While paying through checks, they must be payable to Pearson VUE–GMAT in US Dollars
- The cheque must include the full amount, including applicable taxes.
- It should be current dated and should have a valid signature.
- If your check is returned due to insufficient funds. Your appointment will be cancelled, and you are responsible for rescheduling the test with a valid payment.
GMAT Fee Waiver
GMAC does not provide fee waivers, but it is done through schools. They are committed to ensuring all potential test-takers have access to the exam, even if they cannot afford the fees. You can request fee waivers by completing the form with the following information:
Number of fee waivers requested (up to 10) and Description of your process to determine eligibility for awarding GMAT fee waivers to candidates. To be eligible to receive GMAT fee waivers, non-GMAC Member Schools must receive a minimum of 25 official GMAT score reports within 12 months. You will receive GMAT exam fee waiver codes via mail. While registering for GMAT, you have to use the fee waiver code. Till the expiry date is given, you can use the GMAT fee waiver code.

Any score reports ordered after test day require a USD 35 fee for each report. Additional score reports can be ordered online for a fee. You may also contact GMAT Customer Service by phone. Please note, that there will be an additional USD 10 fee for ordering by phone. At the test center, before you take the test, you can select up to five programs to receive your score reports at no additional charge.
You can reschedule your exam up to seven (7) days before your GMAT appointment, and you have to pay a USD 50 fee. If you want to reschedule within seven (7) days of your test date, you will lose the original USD 250 registration fee and pay a new registration fee. Make sure you take into consideration the school’s deadlines for applications before picking a new date.
