Admission to BAMS courses is based on the NEET UG exam. Selected candidates have to appear in the counselling process conducted by the AACCC or state authorities. Seats are allotted based on the exam scores, preference and availability of seats. Admission to Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) programs in Haryana is contingent upon NEET UG 2025 scores and is facilitated through a centralized online counselling system managed by Shri Krishna AYUSH University (SKAU), Kurukshetra.

Ans. PGIMS Rohtak intakes candidates for BAMS on the basis of CET merit.  The application form for CET is available in June. It can be obtained after a payment of Rs. 2400 (general) and Rs. 600 (ST/SC/Backward). The CET exam is held in July, and results are displayed in the same month. The first counseling session usually held in September.  You must be at least 17 years of age by the end of that year, and must have secured a minimum of 50% (general) and 40% (SC/ST/Backward) in 10+2 with Chemistry, Physics, and Biology to sit for CET.  The paper is for 3 hours duration and has a total of 180 questions for 180 marks.
