The placements of our college are very good compared to other state government colleges in Madhya Pradesh. In our college, various companies visit which provide an extremely good package to students based on their personal skills. The companies recruit students who had completed their 7th semester. More than 90% of students are placed every year.

I think from the 4th year students become eligible for campus placement different companies visit a for example in forces Wipro and IBM another good amount of placements average placements highest package according to me in the last session was around 20 lacs which was on campus and of course of campus students can go to stay there is no foundation maybe off-campus there was 4400000 Param and above 50% of students only get placement and my plan after the degree is maybe I am going to do my masters

S.G.S.I.T.S is one of the oldest and well established technical institutes in the country (Since 1952). Often monikered as the IIT of MP (before the establishment of the actual IIT Indore). it is one of the well know college of the state in terms of btech course and the college is government aided which made it financially wise good option.the faculty is good,the students are good,u get to experience good surrounding,the university college is afiialated to is rgpv.

It was in my hometown and also it has a pretty good reputation.also I got cs branch in this college which was the only reason for me to opt for engineering.environmnt in the college is adaptable.colleagues are good

Overall SGSITS is good for pursuing Engineering if you not get selected in IITs. Provide good opportunity to show case your talent and also to build your career. Social activities are also good so that u don't get bored from daily studies. Teachers are good. Placement of our college is also good. Many big companies come to our college. And academic is also good they help students to learn various technologies and make them industrial friendly.

Goldman Sachs is a regular recruiter of our college. Last year, it recruited 12 people with a package of 22 Lakh per annum. Besides this, we had another company Nuclei giving a package of 20 lakh per annum to 10 students. 50 people have got an offer of more than 7 lakh per annum.

Positives - College was established in the year 1952 in the heart of Indore. The railway station is 500 metres from the college and malls and markets are ample in a radius of 2 kms. Cleanliness is paramount in SGSITS and there are many facilities that students can avail. The clubs are very active and senior junior relationships are good. Placements are getting better with every passing year.
