Daulat Ram College Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

The placement cell of our college offers great internship and placement opportunities. Psychology students usually go for masters after bachelor, instead of going for placements. I don't have much info about the companies visited until now since I am in the first year only, but I've heard from seniors that companies and institutions do visit the college, but not many get selected and get that great packages. I would rate for the placements to be of average level.

Students are eligible for campus placement in 3rd year. Many companies are visiting our college annually i.e Wipro, byju's, TeachforIndia, unschool, Deloitte and many more. Their types of offers made like must be passionate about work, without backlogs they have to appear in the interview and many more. Big companies provide a 19 lacs package approx and average level package is 3 lacs package. Out of students who applied for placements more than half of students get placed. My plan after getting a degree is to go for higher studies.

Placements cell used to come to our college regularly. Every year a large no of students got great packages in lakhs. even a special placement mela was also organized by our college in which students can openly go and be a part of it and can achieve their dreams. On regular basis placements, cell use to come and even students can apply

College provides different internship. It has a placement cell. Major recruiters are Wipro, Genpact, HDFC life, Capital IQ, Ernest and Young, KPMG with 90% placement and 100% internship opportunities both paid and non paid the highest package 11 lakhs with 75+ offer letters.

There is no such qualifications required, the companies only see english speaking skills of the candidate. They only check their creative and speaking skills. Commerce students always prefer to go for placement. Companies often offer the post of HR, sales manager, data handler to their employees. The highest package offered last year was 12 lakhs and the lowest was 5 lakhs.

From 1st year some can go for internships but can apply for placement from 2nd year only. Final semester marks don't really matter a lot. One just has to score passing marks. College provides an ample number of placement opportunities. Companies like Wipro, coca-cola, hindustan uniliver, colgate and many more provides opportunities. One will be interviewed and on tht basis will be selected. Mostly the post of sales manager and data handler are given in the initial stage. Higest package is around 6 lakhs per annum which will be increased later. Minimum package is also around lakhs.

History is a subject of interest. You can learn from your past and can be prepared for your present. I always heard from my seniors that Daulat Ram College has the best faculties and can provide a platform to develop our confidence and personality. I also wanted to pursue a career in teaching so I chose history. The student-faculty ratio is 98: 1. The teachers are highly qualified and are well versed in explaining topics and related to our daily lives. They teach so sweetly that you'll find a friend in them. Exams were taken twice in a year called semester exams, while after every two months there is a class test taken by the professor to inculcate a habit of practicing. It was not so difficult to pass on exams if you are studying at least two hours a day you will score above 8 CGPA.

The placements are quite good we call to apply for them in 3rd means last year. not only percentage but skills also matter. I want to do a master's in history. And side by side I also want to join some company or work from home job.

Mostly there are no such eligibility criteria everyone is seeking skills that are required for the work to be done so be multitasking in whatsoever you wanna do, companies like we settle, and many offer jobs and even fellowships. Packages are approximately 10 lac I think tats less but are minimum. Get a decent percentage in grads and you will be from 5%/of population of college students getting a high package at the minimum age. Plans to do master or follow your dream jobs.

Internship for students with paid and unpaid one. Only for final year students. It is available For every department. Stipend based on the type of internship. Placement with best companies with an interview round.
