This college gave a great opportunity for the scholarship name du scholarship.
Yes the faculty members of cbse are very good and the placement the placement opportunity in
Talking about the placement in our college we have a placement cell called aspire who conducts placement opportunities as well as internships opportunities.

Dislikes

The infrastructure of the college are very bad and not well maintained. the main campus building are not in good condition .
The infrastructure isnt very great. the campus is comparatively small and the the building is also very old with broken tables, benches and fans.
About the cvs infrastructure it was not good or perfect and the new infrastructure also not powerful

Basic college Information

Likes

Openness and interaction with various people
Societies and opportunities.the societies being student run, their are lots of opportunities for the students .
The course and curriculum are pretty good and not to hard to pass the fees is very affordable nd the only real cost is the travelling expenses

Dislikes

Infrastructure, it seems it can be improved. The college doesn't have a auditorium
Their is not the best control over students as their aren't very big punishments for misbehaviour
The placement from college side is. Not cleary told if they are their or aren't what is the process and ways etc the society. Is better at it

My choice was simply because i wanted to At delhi University i think PHD is the qualifications to become a full time lecturar. In my course we have to study 7 subjects 3 DISCIPLINE SPECIFIC CORE 1 GENERAL ELECTIVE 1 ABILITY ENHANCEMENT COURSE. 1 SEC 1 VAC Their were more than 1 teacher for some subject . Teaching methods is quite basic and normal covering syllabus topic Their are 2 sem exams every year

I wanted bcom honours but because of newly introduced cuet and preference list it went somewhere else but after joining and taking classes I kinda liked it and want to pursue it further. I got interest in learning more.

College of vocational studies is good or bad

Likes

Library is decent amd have enough seat and books
Play ground is one lf the best and have best facility
Professors are so communicative and supportivr

Dislikes

Canteen is too bad none of the foods are fresh
Infrastructure is not good looks like a school
Classrooms are sl small so bard to adjust

My overall experience at COLLEGE OF VOCATIONAL STUDIES, DELHI UNIVERSITY

Likes

The crowd in our college is very good as I expected.
Our college life is very fancy and I love it.
Our college have a very good infrastructure and it looks very adorable.

Dislikes

Benches in our classes are a bit old and broken which turns off sometimes.
Our college's auditorium is not so big which is not cool.
Our college is not so recognised even though it is a cream college in DU which turns off sometimes when to tell someone about your college.

Placement Experience:

As I'm a first year student so I don't know very much about placement of our college but as much I heard from our seniors they are satisfied with the placements and also told that many of the companies visits every year to provide placements to students.

A crystal clear reality

Likes

Well maintained library with variety of books.
Affordable for middle class students who want to pursue bsc cs.
Have a good environment, decent crowd and some experienced teachers.

Dislikes

Have a bad infrastructure, classes and washrooms are not that much clean.
In context of bsc cs students, faculty is not so experienced.

Placement Experience:

In CVS, if one is pursuing bsc cs, there are very low chances of getting a decent placement through college because maximum placement opportunities are there for vocational courses. One can prepare for competitive exams, off campus placements, and can apply for higher studies.

Overview of C.V.S. DU

Likes

I like the canteen of my collage they provide good food at affordable rates
I like the ground of my collage it has an big ground and you can play any sports you want
I like faculty of my collage which are helpfull and cooperative

Dislikes

The classroom are not that much furnished and are maintained poorly
The whole collage area is not too big it is small
Their is some sort of grouping in collages which is not good for other students

Course Curriculum Overview:

I had choosen this course to explore the field in tourism and my main goal is to give RBI grade 2 examination so by choosing this course I get time to study for it .the student ratio is equal their are equal boys and girls. The faculty is too. Experience every teacher hold an phd in their respective fields and coming to examination their are two examination per year the paper mostly comes from previous year question it is not too difficult to crack it.

It's environment is very friendly and lovely that's i like the most

One thing that i must say i don't like about is that there's grouping system.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I wanted to break the traditional system of education and wanted to prove people that to get better professional life you just don't need to stick only on studies. You can do it by opting some vocational course too. so i chose tourism management in College of vocational studies. Each and every faculty is well educated and holds PHD degrees so you just don't need to worry about that too you can get quality education here.

Likes

Faculty and seniors are too good and thy are friendly
College environment is also very good with so many trees are present
College canteen food is awesome especially masala dosa and chowmein samosa

Dislikes

Bad sports facilities there are no basketball court in our college
Auditorium is not present in college there should be big auditorium

I have deep interest in in history thats why i have choosen history hons,faculty is good they are friendly and are very understanding,if i'll talk about student ratio there are two sections in our course and around 78 students are there in our course,teachers are well qualified and they all are passed out from delhi university itself from good colleges,if talking about our term exam we had very less time to study as there is so much syllabus
