College of Vocational Studies Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

The course curriculum is great , we are getting to know many things about the course and I choose this course for the sake of travelling. The curriculum is good and it does give me practical knowledge about this. Improvements should include more site visits and trip scheduled for students .

I have these course also 12th class so I will continue same in graduation And faculty in my course is so much good and have good experience in field They use modern methods to teach students And also guid about carrier Exam are held in semester based two times in year

My choice was simply because i wanted to At delhi University i think PHD is the qualifications to become a full time lecturar. In my course we have to study 7 subjects 3 DISCIPLINE SPECIFIC CORE 1 GENERAL ELECTIVE 1 ABILITY ENHANCEMENT COURSE. 1 SEC 1 VAC Their were more than 1 teacher for some subject . Teaching methods is quite basic and normal covering syllabus topic Their are 2 sem exams every year

I wanted bcom honours but because of newly introduced cuet and preference list it went somewhere else but after joining and taking classes I kinda liked it and want to pursue it further. I got interest in learning more.

Whether you need any guidance or career advice they never hesitates to fulfill your needs Placement cell is also Very kind and supportive, they brings new opportunities such as internships/trainings/job offers from different tech industries and start-up firms

5 th sem students are eligible for placements and Deloitte,kpmg and other groups come for placements Last year 44 companies visited our college 70 Percent students get placed I'm thinking to pursue for master's

As I'm a first year student so I don't know very much about placement of our college but as much I heard from our seniors they are satisfied with the placements and also told that many of the companies visits every year to provide placements to students.

In CVS, if one is pursuing bsc cs, there are very low chances of getting a decent placement through college because maximum placement opportunities are there for vocational courses. One can prepare for competitive exams, off campus placements, and can apply for higher studies.

I had choosen this course to explore the field in tourism and my main goal is to give RBI grade 2 examination so by choosing this course I get time to study for it .the student ratio is equal their are equal boys and girls. The faculty is too. Experience every teacher hold an phd in their respective fields and coming to examination their are two examination per year the paper mostly comes from previous year question it is not too difficult to crack it.

I wanted to break the traditional system of education and wanted to prove people that to get better professional life you just don't need to stick only on studies. You can do it by opting some vocational course too. so i chose tourism management in College of vocational studies. Each and every faculty is well educated and holds PHD degrees so you just don't need to worry about that too you can get quality education here.
