IICPT offers Graduate Research Assistantships (GRA) for eligible M. Tech students of around Rs. 16000/- per month, at least that’s what I recieved and for eligible Ph. D. students receive Doctoral Research Assistantships (DRA) of Rs. 24000/- per month depending on the funds available in the R&D funded projects.

IIFPT Thanjavur offers scholarship only based on merit and you need to among the top 5 rankers in the entrance exam with an amount of INR 10k per year and their are assistantships as well with around INR 16k per month.
