IAER for the 2025–26 academic sessions are primarily merit-based and conducted directly by the institute through its official admission portal. UG such as BBA, BBA (Hospital Management), BBA (Aviation Operations), BCA, B.Sc. in Data Science, Cyber Security, Hospitality & Hotel Administration and Medical Lab Technology candidates must have passed 10+2 (any stream) with English as a compulsory subject from a recognized board. Class 12 appearing students are also eligible to apply. Selection is based on marks obtained in the qualifying examination (10+2) and admissions are granted on a first-come, first-served basis subject to seat availability.
For PG diploma and dual degree programs (such as PGPM+MBA, MHA, PGDDS, PGDCS, PGDHM, etc.) applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree in any stream from a recognized university. Some programs may also include an aptitude test, PI or SOP evaluation as part of the selection process.
The institute conducts centralized admissions for all programs through its admission cell and students are advised to apply early to benefit from early bird scholarships and limited intake across programs. Admissions remain open until all seats are filled or until the cutoff date specified by IAER.

IAER UG Admission 2025
IAER offers a range of UG programs in management, computer applications, hospitality and healthcare each with a structured fee and admission plan for the 2025 academic session.
The total net course fee ranges from INR 3.70 lakhs (for BMLT) to INR 5.30 lakhs (for BBA in Aviation Operations and B.Sc in Hospitality & Hotel Administration) with an early bird scholarship of INR 25,000 applicable across all programs. At the time of admission students are required to pay an admission fee of INR 50,000 and an initial installment making the total payable amount vary between INR 95,000 to INR 1,20,000 depending on the course.
All UG programs have a 4-year duration (8 semesters) and accept candidates who have passed 10+2 (or equivalent) with English as a subject from a recognized board. Selection is done purely on a merit basis considering the 10+2 marks. Each program has an intake capacity of 60 students.
Additionally students are required to pay a one-time University Registration Fee of INR 2,750 and University Exam Fees of INR 1,200 per semester.

IAER Post Graduate Diploma Admission 2025
IAER offers a variety of 1-year PGD in domains such as Data Science (PGDDS), Cyber Security (PGDCS), Machine Learning & AI (PGDMLAI), Hospitality Management (PGDHM), Business Finance (PGDBF) and Cloud Computing (PGDCC).
Each PGD program follows a consistent fee structure with a total cost of INR 1,08,000 payable through an admission fee of INR 15,000, first semester fee of INR 93,000 and subsequent installments totaling INR 30,500 over the course of the program.
Eligibility for all PGD programs requires a Bachelor’s degree in any stream from a recognized university. Some specialized courses such as PGDCC and PGDMLAI may involve an additional interview or aptitude test during the selection process. The admission is largely merit-based, considering the candidate's UG academic performance.
All PGD courses have a duration of 1 year and intake capacity of 60 students per program.

IAER Post Graduate Dual Degree Admission 2025
IAER offers two prominent Post Graduate Dual Degree programs – PGPM+MBA and MHA 2-year duration. The PGPM+MBA program is INR 5,00,000 with an early bird scholarship of INR 55,000 reducing the net course fee to INR 4,45,000. The total payable amount at admission includes a seat booking fee (INR 15,000), admission fee (INR 30,000) and 1st semester fee (INR 1,00,000) summing up to INR 1,45,000 along with a refundable security deposit of INR 5,000. From the second semester onwards the semester fee is INR 10,000.
The MHA costs INR 2,94,000 with a scholarship of INR 25,000 net payable course fee INR 2,70,000. Admission-related payments include a seat booking fee (INR 15,000), admission fee (INR 15,000), 1st semester fee (INR 60,000) and a refundable security deposit of INR 5,000. The semester fee from the 2nd semester onward is INR 60,000.
Eligibility for both programs requires a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university. While MHA admissions are purely merit-based the PGPM+MBA selection process includes academic merit, PI, and evaluation of SOP. Both programs have an intake capacity of 60 students each
