IIIT Raichur Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

The college has an outstanding placement record, with 75% of students being placed and the remaining students receiving a well-paid internship that will boost their expertise and knowledge.

The college is at the moment in the development phase but the college's progress is very good. As we are part of the first batch of the college and we will be taking part in the first-ever placement drive of the college by the end of this year and we were informed that we will be taking part in the placement drive of IIT Hyderabad and our placement will be done through IIT Hyderabad college and we are very excited for it because we all know the level of placement offers of IIT Hyderabad. We are expecting a very good amount of packages as the placement cell has told us that we will go through many training and mock interview before attending the placement drive so we at least ex[etc a minimum of 10 LPA of average salary package as guaranteed by the placement cell of our college.

The college is new and the placement cell of the college is newly established as per the information provided by the director of the college our seniors will be taking part in the placement drive of IIT Hyderabad. I contacted my seniors for placement packages and I found that they have received good placement offers the packages went up to 15 LAP and the average packages were around 10 LPA.

We are eligible for placement during the fourth year of our program and at the moment I am in my second year of the program. But based on my personal experience and as the seniors of the college are very friendly and cooperative they told us that we have to register our details with the placement committee for taking part in the college placement round. The placement committee will help us during the placement rounds. I have seen that my seniors were paled in good companies and they have also received good packages. The average salary package for our senior was around 10 LPA.

The college is new as it was established in 2019 and we are the second batch of the college. We will be taking part in the placement drive next year but I asked about the placement program from my senior and they told me that the placement committee of the college is helpful and quite supportive and they have sent invitations to many companies and around 45+ companies are expected to take part in placement drive of the campus. Companies like Microsoft, TCS, Infosys are also expected to visit the campus. At the moment college is new and I can not tell you about the packages but as per the list and as the college is mentored by IIT Hyderabad so we can expect that students will be able to receive the package around or more than 10 LPA and we should also consider the pandemic situation.

Pros: My rank in JEE Main got me this and IIIT Raichur being mentored by IIT Hyderabad, we will get good academic exposure and some of the IIT Hyderabad faculty even teach us and faculty of IIIT Raichur are also good. We have good Academic curriculum.Cons: Being a new institute.

This college was mentored by IITH, i always wanted the quality of study & many IITH professors are teaching us so i thought this college would be good and the management was also so experienced so i choose IIITR

Indian Institute of information technology provides with B. Tech Computer Science and Engineering. The students who have completed 10+2 or equivalent from any recognized Indian are eligible for admission. They will have to give the entrance exam and the selected students will be called for the admission.

I got admission after clearing the national level entrance examination called JEE Main. The eligible criteria were to be placed between 10000 for males and 16000 for females. They offered me B.Tech in Computer Science and Technology which made my 4 years of college, a one to remember as it turned my life.

A candidate should be 10+2 passed. I got admission in this institute through the marks secured in JEE Main. Remember that candidate in between 10K to 20K rank in JEE Mains can expect to get admission in this institute.
