Remarks

I always wanted to do my graduation from an IIIT, and IIIT Raichur was one of my best experiences in life. To enrol in a B.Tech in computer science programme, students must pass the JEE-MAINS entrance test with a minimum of 55% in 10+2, with places reserved for SC/ST and OBC candidates requiring a minimum of 45 percent.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course material is up to par, with a strong emphasis on technical topics and learning about programming and coding. Tests, assignments, and various tasks are included in the course structure to help us improve our skills. Although faculties have a wealth of information, there is a communication problem. Professors hold Ph.D.s from prestigious universities. They assist us in all aspects of the training, allowing us to learn more.

Course Fees: INR 725000 per year

Placement Experience

The college has an outstanding placement record, with 75% of students being placed and the remaining students receiving a well-paid internship that will boost their expertise and knowledge.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee program for the four-year course is 7.25 lakhs, which is reasonable given the programme and campus amenities. The college offers fee reductions to students from underrepresented groups, as well as a variety of funding opportunities.

Campus Life

The college offers a variety of extracurricular activities and events that make student life more enjoyable and convenient. The activities are mostly tech-focused appropriate to the context, such as the Blockchain hackathon, developthon, and alexathon.

Placement Experience:

from 6th Sem u are eligible to sit for the placement. A lot of companies come to the college i don't focus on company name my focus will be on the CTC and average is 4-5LPA and the highest package was 20LPA. but very less student get placed because they don't have proper technical skill and the one who have skills they are placed in our college. before getting a Degree i need a job from Campus Placement this is my plan after getting Degree let's see I haven't made any plans right now.

My Real Experience as a First Year DSAI Student at IIIT Dharwad

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements from the 7th sem. The highest on campus package this year was around 64 LPA, while as far as I know, the top 20% of the students usually get offers in the 16-24LPA range. The overall placement rate is good, but results depend a lot on your skills and practice

Course curriculum is outdated to be very honest. It needs to be changed as soon as possible. Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belagavi need to change their curriculum as soon as possible because in the era of Artificial intelligence we are lagging behind and this traditional syllabus need to be scraped out and make from scratch from industry experts. Placement Experience:

KSIT has an average placement rate of 70%-85% depending on the branch . CSE,ISE and ECE branches have higher placements while mechanical and civil have fewer opportunities in IT sector . Unveiling the path to success: IIIT RAICHUR

The admissions procedure at IIIT raichur was really simple. I took an admission exam, and there were clear submission rules for the online application process. The cut-off points were clear and in line with the prerequisites for the course. The college website (iiitr.ac.in) made it easy to find information on the apllication form , csts, and deadlines , which streamlined the application process. Due to the well documented benefits of reservations , everyone who are apllicable was guaranteed equal oppurtunity. Although, the procedure proved effective, it may be made even more accessible with some tweaks. Maybe more guidance or help would be helpfull for the candidates as they navigate the application process.
