Placement opportunities are given in the last year of the 4 year course. A semester is dedicated to internships in the last year as well as students are encouraged to intern in an NGO in their penultimate year. Multiple MNC's such as PwC, Walmart etc. visit the college for placement opportunities

Placements are given mostly in uiux and research roles- largely for digital products. the acceptance depends on your portfolio and interview. placements are 100% . you can also find your own place to intern at

I chose this course because it is a sum up of few courses. It is also research based . As the student count is 36 per class the teachers can individually keep a check on everyone's work . Teaching method is very practical and you do not have much theory to learn . We have ICA every week and term end exams every semester end . As long as u work hard and present a qualified work with a composing all the teachings it is easy to pass.

n the 3rd year people start doing the internships , and in the 4 th year people start working in the industry, the average package is 1200000 per year , my plans after getting the degree is to get experience as a graphic desgner in a big company.

as I am only in the first year, j do not fully know the details of my college placements. from year 4, we will become eligible for them, and my college is known for having very nice packages, specially for newly graduated students.

Our college offers great placements and industry connections. After the capstone projects, fourth years are eligible to apply for campus placements and internships. Companies like Walmart, deloitte, axis, freecharge etc are some of the reputed recruiters. highest package that was allotted in 2023 was of 22 LPA. There is a 100% placement record of NMIMS SOD for all years since it's existence.

- After 4 semesters you are eligible for the internships and after 8 semesters you are eligible for the placements. - Deloitte 8 LPA, Walmart 8LPA etc - 100% of the students are getting placed - my plan is to get a job via campus recruitment

Campus placements are done after you complete your 4th year. NGO internships are done in the second year. As of now, 100% of students have got placement in the past years. Good companies like Deloitte, Walmart, and fractal design come to offer you jobs.

The 4th year in college consists of a 6-month long credited industry internship. The companies that come for placements range over various sectors such as fintech, healthcare, e-commerce, edutech, design agencies, etc., and various job titles as per the role required. For my 6 months internship, I interned at Axis Bank- Freecharge as a Product Designer. It was a refreshing, insightful as well as motivating experience. Understanding and designing end-to-end fintech products gave me the opportunity to understand the industry practices is in design as well as fintech. The learnings from college helped me perform well and collaborate with various teams. NMIMS SOD aims at making individuals industry ready for when they step out, and I can confidently say that they have made that happen. Placements take place in the final year & include companies that give students a pre-placement offer based on their performance during the internship and new companies that come for final placements

A student gets an insight into the real world at 3 stages during the course: 1. The 1 month NGO internship in the third year of college. 2. The 6 month industry internship during the fourth year of college 3. Placements post graduation At each stage, the college assists the students and brings in a list of places they could apply to. Students also have the choice to decide for themselves and apply directly in case they wish to do so.
