There is 1 year of compulsory service to the island chain with a considerably good salary but a lot of work load. After the 1 year of service most of the doctors opt for preparing for neet pg. Job scope pan India remains a concern due to extreme work loads and peanuts in the name of salary
There are many group discussion held in college along with demonstration done by the students. Many new concepts of teaching introduced such as competency. Written test are held along with OSPE exams
After completing my schooling, I began searching for colleges that offer MBBS and after a thorough research I found Andaman and Nicobar Islands Institute of Medical Sciences, Port Blair and I've to say that this is the best college so far.
The zeal to become a doctor led me to Andaman and Nicobar Islands Institute of Medical Sciences, Port Blair where I decided to pursue MBBS and after completing all the requirements I got selected and it literally has the easiest admission procedure.
Admission to this college is provided based on the NEET exam conducted every year at the national level. Students can apply through offline mode and after clearing the NEET exam, can come for counselling.
NEET exam is conducted every year which student need to qualify for getting eligible. Based on the result of this exam counselling is conducted and then the seats are allotted to the deserving candidates.
Based on the entrance examination conducted by the medical Council of India called NEET I apply to this college through their official website where the application form was available. After filling up the details I was called upon the campus for the interview session and got enrolled for the course.

I applied to the college where the application form was available online, after filling up my details I was called upon the campus and my name was broadcasted on the very first list.

I also had to pay my admission fees of Rs 75,000. I also submitted my 10+2 certificate including my birth certificate as well.
There are various courses offered.So for admission in UG courses NEET UG rank becomes the basis and for PG courses ,it is through NEET PG rank followed by counselling rounds. I have chosen this college because it is fully government and the fees is very affordable.For admission in this college the score should be a minimum of 550.
