Eligibility Criteria

Allocation of Convener Seats: The candidates who are having 44.5% and above for (OC) and 39.5% and above for (BC/SC/ST), 10+2 or its equivalent examination, are need to attempt A.P-EAMCET. Based on the Rank in AP-EAMCET 70% of seats will be allocated by convener through counseling.
- The Candidates who joined under convener quota and having reservation & satisfying the income criteria are eligible for fee reimbursement.
- The Candidates who joined under convener quota Open Category (OC) & satisfying the income criteria under EBC are eligible for fee reimbursement.
- The candidates of physically challenged are eligible to get assistance from the respective Govt. Departments, If any special provisions for them will be provided on request as per the university/Govt.Rules.
Allocation of Category-B Seats: Remaining 30% of seats considered under category-B. Candidates who have passed qualifying (10+2 or its equivalent) Examination with 44.5 % and above for (OC), 39.5% and above for (BC/SC/ST) are considered for the category- B seats.
- For category-B candidates need to approach to the college directly, based on the order of merit seats & branch will be allocated for the students. Considerations in the Tuition fee will be provided by the college as per the governing body decision.
Allocation of Seats under spot admission: After filling of the seats under convener & category B, leftover seats will be filled under spot admission. The students with above percentages in 10+2 or equivalent directly approach the college for spot admission.
For allocation of seats Local/Non-Local criteria as per the guidelines will be followed.

Fees and Financial Aid:

The fee structure for Sai Ganapathi Engineering College is the tution fee is 35000 per year and 1.5lakhs for entire course.The admission fee is 2525/- which should be paid in the starting of the year if you choose for college transport and there will be free for the students who come on 1st councelling and the rest of the students should pay the bus fee as per the distance .As the college is affiliated the exam fee of 1000/- should be paid for every semester. There will be no difference in tution fee for the students every student student should pay the same fee amount. The scholarship aid are Jvd available for the students with white ration card and who don't own a four wheeler on their father's name and the father or mother should not be a government employee then only this scholarship is available.

For me only 3years cost of only 18,000 costs every year the scholarship amount is 25000 cost. I have selected for the campus for 2.4 lacks package per year and state government will give us 19000 cost as scholarship amount and building fund is 6000 cost

college charges the only university fee 3000rs and exam fee 1000rs for every semester. Our college provides both dayscholar & hostlers.and (also management quota if the students were from good financial background). i will get fee reimbursement from the government and i will pay to college.

Every year we have to pay the 3000 rs for University fee to the college and exam fee 1000 rs for every semester. I will get the scholarship from the government side of the amount of 43400 rs and I will pay for college later.

Now, we discuss how much amount will spend, we pay jntuk fees 2525/-rupees. In hostelries are pay the Rs 15000 for staying in room & Rs 35000rupees for canteen meals. Totally 50000 rupees money paid. Good meals available loved it.

This is no fee collection for any student in our college. Only paying JNTUK fee for every year as 2525 only. And who has not got the rank at meet & eCET should pay as a fee for a college as 35000 per year. They have good placements and scholarships are provides for every student.

The fees in my college were good. It was about neatly 5000.records are also free. They give financial support. They provide scholarships. Jagananna vidya dhivana was the name of the scholarship. Good in campus opportunites.

I like my college very much

Fees and Financial Aid:

We paid 3000 for college admissions. The remaining college fee will be paid by the government. We had a government scholarship with the name of Jagan Anna Vidya Devena that fee will be credited directly to student parents' bank accounts then we have to pay that fee to college.
