In My college I like mostly all of the facilities because they motivate us in every situation . They tell us for which field you have what knowledge and skill . There are mainly 2 exams in year. If we study hard then we pass .

We had about 8 lectures in the first year. For the second year we got more than 15 lecturers who were available to teach according to the specialization. Average age of the teachers ranges from 30- 50 years. All teachers also had relavant work experience in their professional life before joining the institute.

- From Monday to Friday you will have 7 hours college lecture - Every week practical sessions are arranged - Every weekend you will have guest lecturer - Experts visites college in weekend - Student councilling is done - Practice exams are taken - Practical exams are taken. - Seminars are arranged for students to present their programming skills.

The professors were highly qualified and degree holders in the field of management and were pretty good at dealing with students from a diverse background. In each semester I was taught by good and intellectual professors and sometimes the department use to arrange guest lectures given by influenced businessmen and business analysts.

The faculty was pretty qualified and had the relevant amount of industry experience. We had a good set of faculty members who were like a full-blown package of knowledge and suitable experience. They would share their personal experiences with us, in order to better explain a topic.

The faculty was very helpful and supportive. Some of our faculty members were not that qualified, but overall they all were good and helped as much as they can. Some of them were so progressively talented and smart that they were available for us almost all the time.

SIMCA has good faculty across all the domains a mix bag of Young and old members but they aall are sesoned professionals having very good understanding of the things that they teach and elaborate and that too across all the branches whether Marketing, Finance, operations or anything else, They were easily approachable

The faculty of Simca is the best. All the teachers are very helpful and approachable. They use various teaching techniques depending upon the topics for explanation. The classes are always interactive. Teachers not only teaches the portion but also discusses about the current affairs though it be a match, or any incident.

Faculty were almost good when I joined the college was of full staff but later after three months, the whole staff teaching staff 6 teachers were fired without any proper reason. Faculty are using sometimes improper words which you will not understand this college has marketing subjects good faculty remaining are just boring lacking teaching skills presently.

All the faculties in MCA course are at least post graduate and our HOD was PHD in computer applications. SIMCA recruits faculties based on proper interview process and some of the faculties are even guest faculties from best in market. We got good teachers in all the subjects.
