GIMT Guwahati Scholarship 2025: Amount, Eligibility, Selection Criteria

The college offers a variety of scholarships and financial assistance options. Students achieving over 90% in PCM in class 12 are eligible for a 100% tuition fee waiver, though additional fees amounting to Rs. 12,000 per semester apply. My college

The fees for bachelor in technology for four years is 5,08,000. Fees for 1st semester is 67000 which includes tuition fees, library and other services fee etc. And for rest semester the fees is 63000. And for lateral students the fees is 3,90,000. The admission fees for new students is 10,000 and registration fees is 2000. Development fees for 4years in total is 40,000. There is also student activity and welfare fund which is 20,000. All category students must pay the same fees. For sports quota and ncc students the scholarship is 50%. And also for students with poor background. The scholarship will be 50% waiver upto 2.5 lakh. Students from Shrimanta Shankar Academy will get a waiver of Rs. 20,000. Students from other states will get a waiver of 20% from tuition fees.

Yearly we paid 124000 . One year consist of 2 semester and we pay 62000 for each semesters Tuition fees - 50000 Library and IT service fees - 2000 Student activities and welfare fund - 5000 ELC. Charge annual -5000 Scholarships of rs 20,000are available for students with 75% marks

45000/- semester wise payment and there are some scholarships .. my course is a 4 year course and in total the fees will be ?260000. Registration fees is ?2000, admission fees is ?10000, tuition fees per semester is ?21500. The annual fees is ?8500, the electric charge annual fees is ?2000. The exam fee is ?1000. Students under sports quota (representing state) would avail 50% waiver on tuition fees subjected to results without backlogs in subsequent semester.

Faculty members are the best part of the college.

Total tuition fees is ?4.98 lakh which is quite expensive. Top recruiting companies include construction companies like RDC concrete, Taj cement, Patel Engineering, etc. The top role offered in our course is Graduate Engineer Trainee.

The fees for 1st semester are 67000 however from 2nd semester onwards the fees is 63000. There are many scholarships too for Meritious students. Apart from scholarships, there are campus placements too which help the students to get employed.

we pay 62000 as semester fee, moreover for exam registration we pay another 1100 before each registration. the amount goes on increasing. there can be some decrease in tuition fees. we loved studying and the college and its our choice to study here but the fee is too much.

My life in GIMT

The policy on tution fees increases it is less then other universities, the complete cost of our academy course is 5 lakhs but the hostel charges is different which is around 3 lakhs. There are some financial aid if you have score good marks in Jee and neet then some aid is there and also if you are from the same school that they have then some. No job roles and responsibilities undertaken

The fees are quite high and not really affordable for the poor but if your marks are good you will get relaxation during admission There are scholarships too which give you a good amount of money and if your marks are good per semester there too you get a relaxation
