Jawahar Engineering College Chennai Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

From the 4th semester onwards students become eligible for campus placement even after the 3rd year they get interned at various companies. Around 50 companies visit our school every year. The highest package last year was 12 lakhs per annum and the average is around 3lakhs per annum. Around 90 percent of students get placed. My plans are to grab a placement.

I choose JEE MAINS because I am very good at science I got very high marks at the subject of science I am very interested to become an engineer it is not difficult to pass exam because If you did hard work in studying then you will get high marks

Very friendly environment for students to work for their career. Faculty is good and will help throught the course. College is located near college Street so there is no problems with transportation to college.

The admission is purely merit based and students need to appear for JEE Entrance exams and depending on these score that the students will be shortlisted and admitted to the college. Many students may not make it through the first list.

I being in one of the dramatics societies have learned so much about friendship and being confident in every thing you do. There is everything for everyone. For movie-maniacs there is dc++ where you can share your data with the whole campus. Download speeds range from 10mbps to 70 mbps. All over this is the finest engineering college.
