- Academic excellence: bmsce is renowned for its academic excellence, with a faculty comprised of highly qualified professors who are experts
- The scholarship is applied to all students who can make use of it and it can be applied by caste certificate campus selection is good in college and the campus is too cool and eco-friendly.
- The computer labs, the canteens, the greenery, the cleanliness, the faculty, the clubs, the enjoyment opportunities as well as the academic opportunities. the college also provides a lot of opportunities to study abroad for masters degree
Dislikes
- The hostel facility is really bad they have only one hostel inside campus and other 4 are outside the main campus
- Tuition fess is ok but it can be reduced because kcet people have half the fees than comedk.there is no scholarship present for comedk students, campus provide very good faculty in few streams and few bad faculty in bad.
- Curriculum was really bad for us as we were the batch who joined after corona thing so it was very disturbed so many postponements took place students got really stressed and they protested too .

- Campus life is amazing at BMSCE as classes are almost full because attendance is strict.
- After a full day of hectic schedule BMSCE students are seen unwinding at college cafes with their groups and the atmosphere turns lively at night time.
- Infrastructure wise the college is adept in giving us a full repotire of labs, libraries, and some recreational activities too.
Placement Experience:
All my seniors who enter the final year gets eligible for placements. Students have to do internships and their performances are evaluated and soft skills are developed at the campus and then the students are asked to apply accordingly. Top IT companies such as IBM, Microsoft, Infosys and others have hired a number of students from our college and continue to do so every year.

- Unity in diversity is what I have seen here as students from various sects, religions can be found here but all of them stay together as if they know each other since ages.
- BMSCE has the best labs and most innovative infrastructure to accomodate any new things that comes over in the world of technology.
- BMSCE has Socrates kind of faculties who will keep asking do you have any doubts left, I have not seen such faculties else where.
Dislikes
- Too compact and that's the only issue as we need some breathing space but that is sparse at BMSCE.
Placement Experience:
This rule that unless you enter the penultimate semester you can't sit for interviews is honestly disheartening. Many companies like nearly 100 companies who wants to integrate AI have started approaching BMSCE as they know that our college produces the top engineers.

- Firstly if I evaluate the fees of 14 to 15 lakhs that I will be paying to become an engineer from BMSCE, the total potential of ROI is exceptional as in two years my entire cost of study will be recovered.
- Many circumstances are thrown to us to make sure that we survive the extremes. This is how engineers are prepared here by throwing challenges on them on daily basis.
- BMSCE has the best set of students because only the toppers from entrance exams gets an entry here.
Dislikes
- CS subjects like Microcontrollers, VLSI, and Algorithms which are unwanted in our stream are also taught to us.
Placement Experience:
Not before you enter the final semester from college end you can't sit for placements. For our branch companies like HP, Dell, Oracle, Honeywell have been the mass recruiters. One student from our branch bagged a placement worth 36 lakhs and to date that's the highest one has bagged from our branch. The average maintained is somewhere around 7 lakhs per annum.

- BMSCE is known for its strong academic programs and renowned faculty members who provide quality education and guidance to students.
- Best infrastructure and excellent class room with air conditioner and BMS has the best facilities
- Placements are also quite good for cse and ise branches in bms, the minimun range for beginners is 7 to 8lpa Placements are good
Dislikes
- The hostel fees is very expensive although the tuition fee is way less compared.
- Management, it is not good at all, like they make their ways out leaving students to suffer.
- Campus area is very small which makes it too cramped for fests and fests are not at all worth the hype.
Course Curriculum Overview:
Basically I choosen chemical Engineering. It has good lecturers and good placement offers compared to other colleges. Labs in our college is best in the state. It's quite good for the engineering compared to other colleges

- The technical fest Phaseshift is a bumpy ride for coders.
- All academic blocks are so well maintained that one will not find a clean campus than BMSCE at least in Bengaluru.
- There is a codere society and students can learn from that society more than what they learn in societies.
Dislikes
- Outsiders makes upto 50% of the college strength and that is unfair to students from Karnataka.
Placement Experience:
CSE students can start their placements training from 3rd year and come the fourth year we have placements round. Almost 100% is the placement percentage for CSE core students. Companies like Oracle, Mercedes Benz, Visa and others come for placements and highest placement of our branch stands at 48 lakhs. The average too is not bad with 8 lakhs and for a fresher that too is significant.

- First and foremost it's the examplary faculties that have impressed me the me the most thus far.
- Secondly I would say the number of students getting placed in last few years have caught many eyeballs and hence I chose this college.
Dislikes
- Compact college as sometimes th college has to organise their events outdoors because don't have enough open space
Placement Experience:
The college students get to sit for placements from 5th semester but some students are hired through their internships before they enter 3rd year. From Microsoft to Adobe, we have global giants come for recruitment.

- A lot of redevelopment has happened recently and therefore a log of machinery here has been updated and so are the classrooms.
- Finding a placement through campus placements is real easy.
- Every single month the college has some fest or an event.
Dislikes
- Campus area is not much and because students strength is high, sometimes the campus feels too overcrowded.
Placement Experience:
BMSCE is known all over for the kind of placements that it provides. Yes, CSE department rules as if now with highest placements of 44-48 LPA. Things I am sure will change soon as AI students will beat that comprehensively. Currently 90% of AI & Data Science students get placed and average placements are around 6-7 lakhs. From Deloitte to Dell, every company that needs AI integration approach our department students for job.

- Research things or facilities at BMS are same as that of IITs.
- Apart from academics students are asked to promote research work right from the 1st year.
- Apart from studies students are encouraged to participate in various extra curricular activities which keeps on happening every now and then.
Placement Experience:
Training and Placement cell starts giving us inputs from the third year and we are allowed to approach companies from the final year. Google, Microsoft, Apple, Intel and all the blue chip names in AI are there to recruit us. The highest placement at BMS was of 42 Lakhs and average placements stands at 8-10 lakhs a year. The placement percentage stands at 75-80 percent every year.

- The diverse culture and clubs which encourages the students, for participating in many events like hackathon , elsoc club etc ,people from various branches have various club which helps the students to get socialize
- The internships and PLacement has no words to talk about it being the top college in Bangalore, It had maintained its placement ratio very well,and providing internships as well as helping students for mini projects also
- Even BMS has the option for higher studies called BMS Academy where they help children's to get prepare for GRE,GATE,GMAT
Dislikes
- It's small campus feels soffocated as over all campus is arround 12 acres it feels very small, In that small campus they have included Architecture PG as well as LAW college also
- The Hostel fee is very High when compared to nearby colleges even though only few student get inside thw campus and most off them stay in hostels which are far away from the college
- Sometimes it feels hetic as they complete syllabus very fast, roughly around 3 months they complete the semester so it's difficult to ctach the speed of lecturers and end up in studying you tube
Placement Experience:
The only reason people join for the BMSCE is for the reason of placements we get internshi's around 5th sem whereas we get placement when we are around 7th sem in the better package,we get wide range of companies offering good packages

- Bms has very strong placement background
- Bms has very intelligent and educated faculty

- The campus is very small and very adjusted
- Bms has not such sports events and circular activities
- Bms has not such grounds fir outdoor games
Placement Experience:
Placement status is very good of bms college. They have a very good package as avg. Of 8 lakh for electronics and 11 lakh for cse. Overall it's a very good stats and the highest package for every is 42 lakh
