Course Curriculum Overview:
the cbme is clinically based curriculum. It focuses more on clinical aspects and helps in becoming a realistic doctor. The teaching methods are usually practical methods that involve Man to man conversations. It helps in building up your confidence, helps to improve your clinical knowledge and helps to tackle the problems that you face on the way of becoming a doctor.
The environment is very peaceful for studying, the scenary offered is good. Weather is also good , with very less air polution
Most, not all professors are skilled and dedicated. Especially Clinical subjects Professors
The college gives adequate amount of study leave for University exams which is very useful.
Dislikes
It's location is remote , so we need to travel around 4km to reach the main road and more to reach supermarkets and other stores.
Food provided in Mess is of below average taste and quality, it should have been better for a compulsory Mess.
The number of clinical cases is comparatively less in some OPDs which may reduce our exposure.

Course Curriculum Overview:
The main reason I chose this course is because of the nobility associated with the profession. The course is difficult because lot of work and preparation is to be done. Lot of pressure is there in the course , then financially it's very taxing. Curriculum has become more difficult because lesser time is given to answer the questions and questions can come from a vast syllabus. It may help in our real time experience though. More video based learning could be introduced for giving adequate exposure. Internals exams are usually held every 2 to 3 months and Universities once in a year. Internals difficulty is moderate and University exams are a bit tougher.
The infrastructure of the college is good with multiple floor for different departments.
The boys to girls ratio is 60:90. The college is students friendly with minimum restrictions
The faculties of all department are very helpful and helps to understand the concept.
Dislikes
The college is behind in the sports field with low quality football ground, volleyball court etc
There is restrictions for entering the hostel for both boys and girls.
The programmes conducted by the college is low compared to other medical colleges in kerala.
Placement Experience:
Campus placements are not applicable in this type of course as the further higher studies are got through entrance exam. If one qualify the entrance examination he or she get admission for the pg course . The allotment procedures are same as that of ug admission .Top rank students get admission in top medical colleges in India or kerala.
Environment friendly campus, Hostel facility available, Adequate water supply, Transportation facility available

The college overall is a good place than many other colleges in India in terms of fee the main things in medical field.
The college had saree as uniform since 2016 but now they have changed it after listening to our problems . Now they have shirt pant as the uniform which is quite comfortable and give equity to all males nd females out there
College didint had that much flow of patient earlier which is also increased as they have started evening outpatient departments and they have also taken two hospitals under them
Dislikes
Saree was my major issue there which has been solved now
Mess food is one of the problem that I face being a North Indian but still the overall food is gud some days
It is little inside ,not on the main road so it’s a bit difficult for the patients to reach there
Course Curriculum Overview:
As I Was The first CBME batch in our college ,it was a little thought for the teachers to adapt but now after learning from our mistakes ,they have changed all their old way of teaching and now they try to do competency based teaching rather than just teaching
