Apart from HSC exams, qualifying for the entrance exam is also a must for admission in various engineering institutes.I had given MHT-CET entrance exam which is conducted by DTE, Maharashtra, scoring 96/200 marks which paved me a way to enter Thakur college of engineering and technology.It is one of the best institute of Mumbai having excellent infrastructure and teaching facilities with excellent record of placements over the years.Apart from this, proximity is also another factor which led me to finalize my admission.

I had done my FYJC and SYJC in science stream. After which I have given CET as entrance exam and score 139 out of 200 in CET. I have opted for thakur college for 3 main reason - 1. Studies is good2. Infrastructure is good3. Placement record for this college is good.

Very well structured and superb ambience management faculties and students as well.

Overall its a good college with all the facilities. There are more than 14 Campuses and the architect of the college is also awesome. The kind of teaching in my college was also good. I would recommend to other if they are looking for engineering.

Overall I would recommend it one of the great college of engineering in Mumbai with beautiful infrastructure

Pros . good staff, good environment .Cons . chilling Ac inside every classroom :p (actually cudnt find any cons yet ).
