The Cyber Security course is known for its supportive faculty and low faculty-to-student ratio, ensuring personalized attention with approximately one faculty member per 25 students. The course structure includes three in-semester exams and one end-semester exam, which are usually manageable, especially in key departments like CS, IT, AIML, AIDS, and CSE. Placement opportunities are promising, with good academic performers (above an 8 percentile) benefiting the most. The placement process starts in the sixth semester, supported by an active Training and Placement Cell.
The average salary package is about 5 lakh INR per annum, with top offers reaching 44 lakh INR per annum from companies like Amazon. Other notable recruiters include Accenture, Capgemini, Infosys, TCS, Oracle, and Flipkart. The first batch of cyber security students is set to receive placement offers with packages ranging from 5-6 lakh INR per annum. Annually, the college increases fees by 10,000 to 12,000 INR. Currently, the total annual fee is 165,000 INR, with additional charges of 2,000 INR for student development and 5,300 INR for institute fees.
Scholarships such as the EBC can significantly reduce fees, especially for General Category students, with TFWS seats also available for eligible candidates. Although fees are typically due in full at admission, installments can be arranged with the Principal’s consent, and EBC benefits can cut fees by about half.
