JGEC Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

The campus is very big but not well managed and must be properly maintained and cleaned.

As per for the ece and IT dept's,these dept's give facility to crack compettitive exams,but ece dept doesn't have a good campusing record. At the end it is a good college for any aspiring mind.

All over the college is good enough to have depth in your subject and also for competitive exams like GATE, ESE etc.

No bad remarks really, only thing is I heard they changed the college campus to accommodate some of the North Bengal University classes which should have been prohibited.

There no such bad remarks about the college.The most positive thing of the college is that there is no politics in our college unlike in other colleges.Faculties are well supportive and there is also a anti ragging committee comprises of student union and faculties.

Our fees is a bit high but regarding to that the college infrastructure and placement is not upto mark although recently works have started for a new auditorium.

The college has few good teaching staff and just need to improve a bit with its infrastructure and placement record. Also there are many club for refreshment and skill building.

From my prospect I would like to suggest that the one thing left for the college to do is to improve our infra structure as soon as possible.

I think our department should increase more faculty members so that the academic network can be improved in our department basically.

We the CSE students are happy with our department and quite satisfied. Just we have a lot of pressure with classes and attendance. Still this helps us to get more knowledge.
