Post Graduate Government College for Girls Chandigarh Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

Application for this college is easy process. You just need to fill a form from dhe.chd.gov.in for which you have to pay very nominal fee ( i paid 70rs in 2023). Teaching methods are okay.likr there's so such thing that college is in Chandigarh so better teachers or something.

Firstly history and political science is my favourite subjects so I choose to opt arts streams and so that why i choosed arts course. semester exam is conducted for 3 hour. I think in college students gain many knowledge and confidence which help stufent for their future aspect.

In this course there are curriculum to develop your programming skills, like web page development, how to use prepare ppts , how to develop program in c,etc. In this course there is not much of a curriculum that prepares you for real world. In mid semester exams you are given 1.5 hours and no extra sheets are provided, so have to fill that paper with all your answers.

The frequency and timing of exam is very like it's stressing more in science course. The syllabus is vast and we get Little time . About teachings it's good overall. We'll be given assignments from time to time. that lightened our burdens atleast a little bit .

I love my course I choose it's science so it's scope is very last and I think it will give many opportunities to us in future also we have practical it is also done alone so I think it's better for our improvement in reality experience they also taught us in every thing we ask but the equipment is little bit old we have like10 papers physics, chem and maths so it's little difficult to cope up all for exam but we try and we can do it

I like what I choose for my graduation faculty also teach us very thoughtfuly I like that also the practical is good as we are during alone so it can improve us very much. This makes us more confident for our future.The aspects for my course is vast as I'm taking science so it can give many opportunities in future. But I want some improvement in reality experiment. It is bit difficult to cope up all papers they teach for exam we need moreand more practice as we are taking taking like 10 papers in maths, physics and chemistry

Because i love account's its very interesting so i thought its good for my future that's the reason i choose this course In my college all teachers are well trained and polite so they teach us properly and because of her polite nature we feel comfortable if we have any doubt

I choose this courses because i want to do job in banking sector . I didn't think they need any improvement overall it was good e,exam timing is 3 hours and sometimes according to the marks of exam were decided the timing of exam

Placements are conducted in our college. Many good companies come here and students apply for the same. They prepare their resume and give interview for the applied company. Best students are selected and given placements in college itself.

The curriculum is old and wouldn't fit in the real world. It's basically on theoretical part of the syllabus and not with the practical thing. The practical part should be there so that the student will get prepare for the real world
