College staf and teachers they both are very friendly and helpful
College campuse and auditorium its best college auditorium in chandigarh
They provide best faculty to hostel student

Dislikes

In IT department they have some issue washrooms some time its not clean properly
They have some Hygiene issue with canteen
They does not stop outsider to visit college

Course Curriculum Overview

Because i love account's its very interesting so i thought its good for my future that's the reason i choose this course In my college all teachers are well trained and polite so they teach us properly and because of her polite nature we feel comfortable if we have any doubt

Class Size: 75Course Fees: INR 26000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Total fees for first semester is 12500 apox. With admission charges And after 2 month we need to pay exam fee for semester exam its 250 rupee aprox So total fee for one year is 26000 appx. And there is also option for fee Consesion if your family income is less then 1 or 1.5 lakh so you are eligible for fee concession in fee concession they provide you half tuition fee

Campus Life

Actually i joined my college recently wo we celebrate youth festival in August my college is best in bhangra or mimic And alos we celebrate freshers welcome party its very interesting party we dance we perform modeling

Admission

Because its nearby my home and also my big sister student in this college so she guide me about her teacher and also teaching style so that's why we choose this college In chandigarh Centerlized admission process decided which student eligible to take admission in specific college Actually we apply in 2 or 3 college on same time but because of high percentage cut of we get admission in my Courant college

There is many faculty in this college like cleaning department and also security We have cleaning department if we need any time we can approach for help and also security they give us a Assourty of we are safe in the college so if i feel any thing we are open to ask and they provide proper help And also there is semester system in this college so we need to give 2 semester exam in one year

Course Curriculum Overview:

Curriculum is not hard ofcourse but it's pretty old fashioned and non modernistic . No technology inculcation in the curriculum. Difficulty level is not much . There should be modernisation of the curriculum. More technology inclusion . More tech based learning . More practical education.

THE LIFE AT DAV COLLEGE

Placement Experience:

We do have a training and placement cell which is run mostly run by both students and teachers. Students with good percentile can sit for placements and can get place into companies which are mostly from BPO and sales background. Students are eligible for campus placements in their 5th semester. Companies which have came in our college in 2024-2025 are Sri ram insurance , Kotak insurance , Planet spark , De shaw , Zomato etc. Highest package offered is around 5 LPA and average package is around 1.5 LPA. I have planned to go for higher studies after my graduation, most probably I will be doing MBA.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Application for this college is easy process. You just need to fill a form from dhe.chd.gov.in for which you have to pay very nominal fee ( i paid 70rs in 2023). Teaching methods are okay.likr there's so such thing that college is in Chandigarh so better teachers or something.

Placement Experience:

From 5th semester onwards students become eligible for campus placements. Companies like tech mahindra, airtel, delloitte,etc visited for campus Placements. The highest package this year was 9 Lakhs. And average package this year was 6 lakhs. Near around 97% students got campus placement. After getting degree my plan is to opt for MBA in finance from a good reputed college .
