The faculty is very supportive of every student. The faculty to student ratio is very less due to less number of students in USCT. During the first semester, most of the teachers are guest faculty and they teach both UsCT and USICT

the faculty to student ratio is 1/8 that is okay as there were less student coming here. Professors are very helpful they support students . i like vinay shah he teaches 3 subject and i like Biswajit sarkar he is well educated chemical engineer professor with 25 years of experience here in this college our that time dean is very good and very supportive. i didn't like Dinesh kumar sir he is not taking initiative to work for students. there are two exams in one semester one is minor of 25 marks and one major of 75 marks. mostly questions are of previous year so its medium some difficult subjects are difficult to pass but mostly student get pass. the course curriculum is very focused to professional chemical engineering requirements and it is taken from IIT DELHi course curriculum.

USCT offers the very helpful and educated faculty who helps the student everyday to get closer to there goals. They show full interest in teaching with effective and modern ways of teching. All the teachers and professors are well qualified in there own specialization.

There are a variety of teachers each one having their own perspective towards teaching. Some work really hard to make us understand a particular topic and take tutorial classes to enrich us with maximum knowledge. Some test us in tutorials while some take doubts. All in one, there is a panel of teachers and no one can be too downgraded based on their interest in teaching the students. Qualification of all the teachers can not be questioned at all.
