- i am not happy with placement cell of USCT there is only one senior professor who is taking care of placement cell name Dr. AZAD and he leave all placement cell works to student of USCT and students are not able to approach companies agressively .

higehest package is 9 Lpa by Jacobs and avarge is 4 Lpa
nearly 30% of students got placed placement is not good here .

For btech., we can sit for placements with our 4th year starting. But if you have current backlogs then many companies don't allow such students to sit for placements. This year's placements for our seniors are quite good and almost all students got placed who applied. I am not looking for placements since I am planning to take management entrance tests.

The training and placement cell of USCT works hard to get an internship in different companies in the third year of your B.Tech. most of the students get assured placement but if you don't get it then you have to apply on your own as the internship is mandatory in 3rd year.
This year many companies like BMW and Samsung visited USCT and the highest package was 10 lakh.
Around 30 to 40% of students get on-campus placement. Most of the students opt for higher education after completion of the course.

Placements can be as high as 16L per year. The average package of placements is 4L-5L. But only top students get wide opportunities in the placement area, which is why the percentage of students getting placements is not great. Companies like IOCL, HPCL and TCS are among the major recruiters that come to this college.

Our College has a very active alumni network know as UsctAA. Internships in Chemical engineering can be found but not only in DelhiHere placement is average as many opt for higher studies the reason behind this is maybe because only a few companies visit. In which TCS is a mass recruiter. The average package here is 3-4 lakh per annum and the highest goes up to 6lakhs per annum. Here placement ratio is about 50%. I will also opt for higher studies after getting a degree

I would not suggest On Campus placement for this college as the placement cell is not very good here. However one can score a great package if they develop skills in the field of chemical engineering.

Not very bleak. But after GATE, a nominal package of 3 lakh can be taken from companies like IOCL, HPCL etc. About 3-5 students were placed, rest went for masters abroad, MBA or M.Tech in India. The maximum package of a student last years was 12,00,000.
