College provides ample of oppourtunies for placements. College provides oppourtunies in top MNCs for Summer Intership Program & Final Placements. Average package for batch of 2021-2023 was 8.85LPA. Around more than 90% students get placed every year.

Good college with good teaching faculty and placement scenario. College is situated in the very green area and a lively campus of pune University. Also, it's a student driven college and which is important to gain a leadership experience.

I choose this college because it has best ROI as compared to other colleges in Pune,Faculty is very supportive and gives best of the knowledge.PUMBA is brand ,it has a very strong alumni network which is an added advantage.

The one factor which really pushed me towards taking admission in PUMBA was ROI because the fees here is very less as compared with other colleges offering the same course and also the placements are quite good. The admission process happens through CAP Rounds based on your enterance score. Before selecting the college I spoke with few of the alumini of PUMBA to get a clear picture.

The placements of the college are very good as the ROI is a concern. The average package provided for the students is 7 LPA. The average stipend provided is 15k. The college is well known for its flagship program of Marketing & Finance.

The placement process starts during the 4th trimester itself and continues till the end of the 6th trimester i.e. till May. Many reputed companies visit during the placement process. Also, most of the companies are from Pune itself, along with the Pan India location. One of the senior from our previous batch got the highest package of around 16 LPA and the average was around 7.2 LPA. Currently, due to pandemic, the placements have been affected, compared to other colleges it is quite good and is still hoping to have great numbers by the end of May.

The student is provided with various summer internship which is to be applied in the third trimester. Every student should complete their internship of a minimum of 50 days. The students can participate in the final placement during the 2nd trimesters and Pumba provides one of the best placements. Last year in 2019 the highest package offered was 19 Lakhs and the average was 7-8 lakhs. Almost 80 percent of the batch gets placed during the last year and eventually, all of them get a job after graduation. Companies like Axis, HDFC, Kotak Mahindra, Bank of Scotland Citi Bank, IDB, Union Bank, Vijaya Bank, ACC Ltd., Cummins India, Engineers India Ltd, Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd., KirloskarBrothers, ONGC, Thermax, Atlasopco, DemagCranes, Forbes Marshal, Harison Motors, M&M, Onward Technologies, TVS, Bajaj Auto, etc

The placement begins in the September of the final year. The range of packages is from 5L to 16L. The placement percentage is almost 85%. The average package is 6.5L. The number of companies for marketing are more as compared to finance.

This institute provides around 7.6 LPA CTC package. 2019-2021 batch. Around more than 100 companies visit the campus. More than 80% of the batch get placed. Highest package is around 18 LPA CTC.

PUMBA has shown a consistent 100% placement track record in previous years, and even in the COVID situation, many companies are coming on campus for placements. big brands like ICICI, HDFC, MRF, Colgate Palmolive etc have recruited from PUMBA this year. Average package ranges from 6.5 to 7 LPA approx. Try to be active in the college academics and activities and intercollege competitions on dare 2 compete, to make your resume strong. As long as you have good communication, good academic scores(60% throughout ) and right Attitude, getting placed is a no big deal at PUMBA.
